Good to get our first win away from home for the season, but really bad to concede a goal against 10 men when 3-0 up and cruising. Really think Bowyer should've opted to give Kilgallon a runout instead of Olsson (who imo should be nowhere near the 1st team). We desperatly need to stop shipping easy goals and I don't think this is entirely down to Keans poor form. Now to look forward to a real test on tuesday against Watford.

Just hope we can keep Rhodes fired up and injury-free, but good to see Best get on the scoresheet as well as we need backup. Onwards and upwards. COYB! :rover:

Sensible to change it TJ with Watford coming up on Tuesday, points effectively in the bag and several players on a yellow card.

We'd all have settled for a 3-1 win at 3pm.

Chuffed to bits and feck off Shebby!

totally agree, I wasn't being cynical just mainly trying to answer why I think Bowyer made the changes(that where being critised by others)

isn't the Watford game a week on Tuesday(or that's what I had in my head anyway, double doh!)

Unless we don't sit back too much and close them down all over the pitch from the off i fear a repeat of the Doncaster game. We are due an away win and i hope it comes tomorrow but i'll go

2 - 1 to Bournemouth ( Cairney)

9,512 (789 Rovers)

Sooo happy to be wrong :)

Great start to a huge week in our season. Good as well that we wrapped it up early and got to coast in the 2nd half and make some changes. Please to see us playing a different formation as well, you have to go with what suits the players you have available and for the 3 games this week we should stick with this and then maybe Dunn and Campbell will be back after the break to give some more attacking options. Great effort from the 1000 away fans as well.

I have been critical of GB's substitutions lately but he obviously made the right decisions today, sounds like

Evans and Best played very well, we have 2 difficult games coming up next week, he could'nt risk a red card for either.

I'm not criticising taking off the players on yellows. It's who he put on that I find hard to understand.

very good win today by Rovers. we were the ONLY away team in the league to win today.

thought Bowyer got his tactics and formation spot on. according to Radio sounds like Evans and Lowe were very good today in centre midfield.

Best and Rhodes sounded like a good partnership and plenty to work on and get it better. I'm not the biggest fan of Best but if he keeps doing what he did today then my view will change.

Judge and Marshall wasn't involved today due to family reasons

Paul Wheelock @PaulWheelock now

Alan Judge and Ben Marshall not involved today for 'family reasons', said Gary Bowyer. Back for Watford Tuesday.

I hope Sparky Marky apologise for his very sad and pathetic comments about them now. they was no need to said them.

Also Sparky Marky, looks like your prediction was totally wrong and looks like Bowyer will be staying as manager. :D bet you are very disappoint by it. what a bloody shame :D

Why is it you can give it but you can't take it?

Good win. I'd be a liar at 3-0 playing against 10 men if didn't hope for 4-5 and a clean sheet to boot but I'll take it.

See man utd lost few more results like this and moyes disgust at 20000 rovers fans chanting kean out will pale into insignificance with 80000 Man U fans chanting moyes out. Maybe Stevie can leave the job centre in support of him.

That's a point, hopefully karma bites him on the arse.

Excellent win and we sounded awesome first half. Someone appears to have moulded Josh King into a footballer over the summer. Only gripe watching the goals is why was kean so far out for their goal. Anyway roll on Tuesday.
