chaddyrovers Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 I fully expect Rhodes and King to be fit to play. if so I would play the same team as the Wigan apart from Kilgallon in for Hanley. if Rhodes and King aren't fit then my team would be Kean; Kane, Dann, Kilgallon, Spurr; Lowe, Evans; Cairney, Marshall, Taylor; Best. Cairney and Taylor on the wing with Marshall in the number 10 role. I think Campbell will be on bench.

tkturner Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Hoping we have kept the focus and drive during the international break, we really could be building some decent momentum! Rovers win 2-0
blue_n_white99 Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Evans just been subbed injured in Israel, don't know what the injury is, but I would guess he is going to miss Saturday's game at least.

Playing a home to a poor Charlton team just dont understand why anyone would want Lowe in the team as he brings very little to the team.
Bucksrover Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 So potentially Evans, king, and Rhodes out as well as hanley. Maybe not such an easy 3 points
Stuart Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Sturridge and Wellbeck have been really poor when it counts so far tonight. Thanks four X for Rooney. So potentially Evans, king, and Rhodes out as well as hanley. Maybe not such an easy 3 points I've been watching the England match from the beginning, I'm pretty sure none of those three have had a kick yet.
Amo Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Playing a home to a poor Charlton team just dont understand why anyone would want Lowe in the team as he brings very little to the team. We get it. You think Lowe sucks harder than a Saigon whore. Do you have to post this every time Rovers have a match?
blue_n_white99 Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 We get it. You think Lowe sucks harder than a Saigon whore. Do you have to post this every time Rovers have a match? That's just put me off Saigon
bazza Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Playing a home to a poor Charlton team just dont understand why anyone would want Lowe in the team as he brings very little to the team. Thank goodness Gary Bowyer is our manager and not you, JAL. Did you listen to what Bowyer had to say about Lowe at the fans forum?
FGS5635 Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Gutted for evans. Finally got a start for NI and limps off early Hope its not serious as he has been very good for rovers since getting in the side

FGS5635 Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Blackburn Rovers @OneRovers 2m Scott Dann, Josh King & Jordan Rhodes have all trained today and could feature v Charlton. Corry Evans to have a scan on ankle later today.
Blue n White Rover Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Bowyer saying players are raring to go. Training has been intense and of high quality. So much refreshing to hear the players are enjoying playing for the club, instead of waiting to he which player is 'injured'.
neophox Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 I would start: Kean Kane, Dann, Kilgallon, Spurr Taylor or Marshall, Lowe, Cairney, King Rhodes, Best
bazza Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 I would start: Kean Kane, Dann, Kilgallon, Spurr Taylor or Marshall, Lowe, Cairney, King Rhodes, Best Yep. That will be GB's team with Marshall starting ahead of Taylor. So Taylor Judge and Williamson on the bench. Will Songo'o be on the bench as well. I doubt it. He'll trust in Lowe for CB if needs be with Marrow on the bench.
pick32 Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 We have got ethuhu returning soon, we have far too many cms, pick two out of Lowe marrow Williamson Evans Cairney and Dunn. I'd go with the two hull boys and try and ship marrow and ethuhu out.
darrenrover Posted October 17, 2013 Author Posted October 17, 2013 We have got ethuhu returning soon, we have far too many cms, pick two out of Lowe marrow Williamson Evans Cairney and Dunn. I'd go with the two hull boys and try and ship marrow and ethuhu out. Agreed with regards to Etuhu but who'd take him? £30k per week FFS?! Marrow, I'm unsure why we signed him, perhaps Mark Atkins or the like?
Backroom Mike E Posted October 17, 2013 Backroom Posted October 17, 2013 Marrow is cover for Lowe, I imagine.
G Somerset Rover Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Quietly confident about this one. Hopefully Rhodes and King are fit to take their spots and it appears that we now have some healthy compeition for places. I'm mates with the Charlton GK, so I've been trying to do my bit by getting in his head. Let's hope he has his phone on silent tonight too!...
Sparky Marky Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 I'm mates with the Charlton GK, so I've been trying to do my bit by getting in his head. Let's hope he has his phone on silent tonight too!... A few laxatives in the old cup of tea....
Bucksrover Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 There seems to be a lot more being written in threads complaining about our owners than in this one the day before a match - which I think is a bit sad. Really looking forward to getting back up to Ewood and cheering on the team. It seems we have a lot of players on the verge of fitness so it will be interesting to see what team Bowyer picks - a player like Josh King for example really needs to be fully fit to be effective as he is all about pace - remember seeing him last season when he wasn't 100% and he did very little. Hoping the players set about putting the Wigan result right in a positive manner, and those continuing to stay away because of Venky's miss another great home performance
RoyRover Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 We have got ethuhu returning soon, we have far too many cms, pick two out of Lowe marrow Williamson Evans Cairney and Dunn. I'd go with the two hull boys and try and ship marrow and ethuhu out. Ethuhu could go. He has been a poor signing. Getting someone to take up his wages is the major problem. Who did we get Marrow from? We've had such a turn over in players its hard to keep track. Did he come in from Millwall? As for the Charlton game, this is one that I can see us winning. We've had some good results recently and with players coming back from injury and other players showing good form, we should be confident about winning this one.
