[Archived] Transport from Manchester boxing day

To start with sorry if this is a wrong place to post it, but i didn't know where else to post it. Me and my cousin are coming from Denmark to see two home games during the Christmas period, and I have a question about transport from Manchester Airport on Boxing Day. We arrive to England at 8 am after spending night in Zurych, and as the trains are off my question is whether there are other Rovers fans that travel that day from Manchester so we can get some help? The X41 bus may well be your best option. May be worth checking with them if their Bank Holiday timetable includes Boxing Day.

Just hire a car for 20 quid and drive there and back...park near the ground no problem and you can have a look around for the rest of the day,,,loads of places within easy reach of blackburn
