Hekla Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Every topic and every piece of news is negative most of the time, we really need positive news at our club. I am not moaning at people's posts because things are bad and I understand as I'm in the same way. Something must break the ice soon.

Bucksrover Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 We have a few games coming up which we can win, our manager generally makes decisions that make sense and learns from mistakes, Shebby is nowhere to be seen.

Until then get used to it As for the comment about Bowyer............cairney on the right *cough* * cough* Bloody never learns on that score And lets not start on some of his substitutions, and/or lack of them In conclusion he's doing just about Okay. Nothing more, nothing less. Average as average can be. He's getting nothing extra from the players, which is disappointing. Usually that's what you look for in a manager
Fife Rover Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Christmas is coming and the geese are getting fat. It is a beautiful day and the sun is shining There you are Hekla that's two things for starters......I am sure you can find a few more if you really try.
Guest Norbert Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 With regards to Rovers.............well.....................ummm................we might have the odd win. Other than that I can't offer much else.
Rover_Shaun Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Christmas is coming and the geese are getting fat. My turkey isn't. His crown is in deep freeze

Nothing more, nothing less. Average as average can be. He's getting nothing extra from the players, which is disappointing. Usually that's what you look for in a manager I said his decisions generally make sense, which I think they do. I agree Cairney should be central and either Williams or Lowe dropped, but he dropped Kean for the last game which was positive. Sorry Hekla - the angels of misery can't stay off this one thread.
Rover_Shaun Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Ok then Bucky. Everything is rosey and purrfick. We are all skipping through the Ewood fields of tulips whilst riding unicorns and jumping over rainbows. Uncle Derek is dressed as Father Christmas trying not to go too rogue on the little angels that pay 6 figures to 'Del's agent' elf in order to sit on his knee. And all the problems are hidden under the carpet. Dudley Campbell pays a visit to Santa
Guest Norbert Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 That is not what he said Blue and White Army.

Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted December 11, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted December 11, 2013 Even when we get a positive bonfire going, someone or something comes around and p1sses on it.....
Majiball Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 We went out of the youth cup last night to Cardiff after controlling the game for long periods even though we couldn't get in their final 3rd???
gumboots Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Ofsted have been and gone at our place this week. Perhaps they should introduce Ofsted for football clubs!
philipl Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Hard to see anything positive happening for a horribly long time. The future looks unbelievably bleak.
Backroom Mike E Posted December 12, 2013 Backroom Posted December 12, 2013 Nice to see the usual doom mongers trying to suck every last trace out of enjoying Rovers. There's little left to enjoy, so at least leave things like Robbo's recovery alone.
rigger Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 In the 45 years I have been watching the Rovers, the team has come full circle, and is in much the same position as when I started supporting them. The town however, has died in that time. So to anyone who is in any doubt about supporting the Rovers, lets hope for another full circle, its much more exciting than a (same old, same old)flat line.

ultrablue Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Big win coming this Saturday. I reckon 4-1.

Or-r Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat Coco a w***er and Anderson's a tw***t Sorry, it was like an open goal!
perthblue02 Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 I think it's quite positive that the NCA are investigating dodgy dealings in football and its not being done by the turn the other cheek and stay silent old boys ties at the FA, or Scumandmore and the ignore and keep the gravy train rolling committee at the Premier League. Rovers related ?, well lets just hope they keep digging and the net widens.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted December 12, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted December 12, 2013 Hard to see anything positive happening for a horribly long time. The future looks unbelievably bleak. Elaborate?

RibbleValleyRover Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Can't see there being widespread positivity until major changes take place at Rovers at every single level. That starts at the very top and works it way down. The owners either have to leave and someone else better takes over or they stay and decide to make changes for the better.
