thenodrog Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Yep, is there no end to the man's talents? Potting Kean, buying Rhodes and spotting Sherwood Lol. On a serious note however........ The above 3 situations has been mighty important issues! Loose cannon or not we must not deny credit to Shebby Singh when it is due.

Audax Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Spurs, 4 straight league wins, draw before that. It's amazing how they are playing versus the last two matches under Valles Boas, a bad loss to Liverpool and a loss to West Ham. At the top of the table, Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea all have at least 5 straight wins. http://int.soccerway.com/national/england/premier-league/20132014/regular-season/r21322/
47er Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Yep, is there no end to the man's talents? Potting Kean, buying Rhodes and spotting Sherwood Lol. On a serious note however it seems that BRAG may have been campaigning against the wrong man when they lumped Sherwood into the "novice manager" category alongside the likes of McKinlay - something many fans were not happy with at the time. Ahem....my post from Page 1 of the thread: Posted 24 December 2013 - 07:18 AM We'll see if Shebby's instincts were right now won't we? Got rid of Kean, signed Rhodes and picked Sherwood as his first choice for manager. Can this man do no wrong? Merry Christmas to all!
Backroom Tom Posted January 20, 2014 Backroom Posted January 20, 2014 Fair play to him But if I predict this weeks lottery numbers but don't get round to buying a ticket I'm still no better off
jim mk2 Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Very early days for Sherwood. He's changed Spurs' style of play and hasn't been found out yet. Will he last till Christmas or even the summer ? Doubtful. Few of these managers have genuine ability or staying power. Most last a year of two and are then moved on.
