Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 He's lost the plot again. Who, Chaddy, or JR? Protecting him in his cyber bunker for the run in to promotion I presume, Watson. Fine attacking line up of DJ, (City score at 4 minutes), and Leon the Worst, with Rudy and Dunny......playing the full figure formation, 424.....I like a slim waist......pity I don't possess one myself!
Butty Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Think it will either be a 5-0 defeat or a 2-1 win. Looking forward to it anyway and hoping there's not too many City infiltrators in the home ends!

There will be lots and lots unfortunately, thankfully with an early kick off they will not be too drunk. I know of plenty of Citeh fans going, mostly in the JW.

yoda Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 When they got promoted, I was in the JW, left 25 mins from end, not because of the result, but because of the threat of being attacked! yep, not a nice atmosphere that day, i was in the same stand
Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 yep, not a nice atmosphere that day, i was in the same stand They weren't even happy winners, just aggressive, didn't find anything good to say about them. So why am I going lol!
Smithyster Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I'll be watching from my living room with my city fan Brother and dad. It's been a tough few years for me! I was really looking at coming to the game but decided it against the 12 hour round trip with the storms we've got around today/tomorrow. Fingers crossed for a Rovers win, I don't see a point looking at it any other way. Obviously it's unlikely but you still have to have some belief! Hoping for 2-1! Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
yoda's brother Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 yep, its tragic really, still rest of the family all Rovers apart from 1 grandson who has been converted to city
yoda Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 apart from 1 grandson who has been converted to city Forgot about that, might change when he gets older and knows what a real football club is
magicalmortensleftpeg Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I'm telling you, they don't want him cup tied. I wouldn't be surprised if he rests one or two tomorrow. Lets face it, we're hardly likely to grab a result and our main focus is the league so leaving Rhodes out isn't too hard to understand.
Bucksrover Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 But do you risk upsetting rhodes by resting him for a game he will want to play in? Maybe making him more likely to want a move?! Tricky choices for bowyer
Lancs Rover Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I was given Paul Lake's autobiography for Christmas. Anyone who wants to know what Citeh are about should read it. COYB
bob fleming Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I was given Paul Lake's autobiography for Christmas. Anyone who wants to know what Citeh are about should read it. COYB I already know what they're all about without reading Paul "Lakey" Lake's book. That day in 99 was terrible. The line above "they weren't even happy winners, just aggressive" sums them all up. Arrogant scumbags. They'll be everywhere again today as well no doubt, chips on their shoulders the size of Old Trafford.
Ricky Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Interesting if the twitter rumours about Rhodes are true. Is he rested for the run in or to avoid being cup tied? Interesting.

And the pest controllers will be out in Darwen as the infestation begins from 10 am. Their arrogance matches that of the Rags fans. I really hope we can put one over them and they head back to Chatsworth with their (rats) tails between their legs. Interesting if the twitter rumours about Rhodes are true. Is he rested for the run in or to avoid being cup tied? Interesting. Ah Twitter rumours again. If I remember correctly the last Twitter rumour about Rhodes was that he had broken his ankle whilst with Scotland. Sounds like a fat hack story to me.
davulsukur Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Interesting if the twitter rumours about Rhodes are true. Is he rested for the run in or to avoid being cup tied? Interesting. Would him being cup tied be that big of a deal? Surely that isn't going to put off potential buyers. I would imagine any prem teams that are looking to buy him are ones who want him to fire in goals to secure a place in the premier league and not be overly concerned with cup runs.

Exactly....nonsense rumour
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Just drove past the Brown Cow on Livesey..two coaches outside and Citeh fans all over...this was at 9:45 am.
ABBEY Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 2 Minh busses full of city dwellers in rishton. I predict it kicking off big time today
arbitro Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 There is as big a police presence in Darwen as I have ever seen. It also appears that many town centre pubs are welcoming them. I hope they don't live to regret that.
Backroom Tom Posted January 4, 2014 Backroom Posted January 4, 2014 I'm not going today; hope it doesn't kick off but never enjoyed having that bunch in town I think we will put out a decent team but can't expect them to match city in ability although we can at least match them in desire The fields are even on set pieces lets make sure we make the most of ours whilst staying solid on our own and you never know
Ossydave Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Darwen is infested too by all accounts. Not sure I really understand how excited they are about a trip to Ewood like Leeds were a few weeks ago too. Regarding Rhodes rumours, saving him from being cup tied is a ridiculous suggestion, its the FA cup not the champions league ffs!
Backroom Tom Posted January 4, 2014 Backroom Posted January 4, 2014 Hugo in the squad? @Hugo18Fernandez: Hello everybody I had some problems on twitter lately but im back now here !! Good day to do it I guess !
ABBEY Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Just been talking to a city fan in chorley .. There worried about today bless em
