SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Decent performance but what a crying shame we can't offer more in attack.

Amo Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Chiles: "Can we give Rovers any credit?" *shakes head dismissively* How about you go suck one, you Brummie tw@t?
den Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Are you still convinced that Bowyer and the players do not take this game seriously, by the way? Bowyer hasn't given his all with the team selection, but fair do's to the players, they've done well. Has to be said that this is nowhere near the standard that City can reach. They're fielding a side good enough to win the game without risking key players or taking too much out of themselves. Just as we used to do.
Derbyshire Blue Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 At least not disgraced, and a sickener to concede on the stroke...Hope he brings on Rudy for the 2nd... Come on Rovers do us proud
thenodrog Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Ah FFS, just like the first leg - only this time, I don't think we'll get an equalizer. Oh well, we've still done a damn sight better than several Premier League teams who have visited the Etihad this season.Careful..... Thats a touch premature mate.
patrickvalery Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I honestly cannot believe we have been so lucky as to get a proper footballer like Cairney for as little as 500k. So impressed with his touch, movement and composure.
Backroom Tom Posted January 15, 2014 Backroom Posted January 15, 2014 Excited at the prospect of seeing Mahoney at some point
Hekla Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Cairney is so so good, just shows you can get good players cheaply. Fantastic display from him.
Mike Graham Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Bowyer hasn't given his all with the team selection, but fair do's to the players, they've done well. Just as we used to do. Den- 100% agree. City are still in 1st gear and just about doing enough.
RevidgeBlue Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 When you're sat in row Z and the ball hits your head .....it's Dzeko. If we were taking this seriously ourselves we'd have been in with a chance. Campbell is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Eastwood on I thought Robbo was hopping a bit after kicking it out once or twice.
Mike Graham Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Careful..... Thats a touch premature mate. Give it 5 minutes Gordon ;-)
Lurid Coat Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Careful..... Thats a touch premature mate. Hah, agree - I meant that tour first half performance has been decent, we might very well be on the receiving end of an utter tonking in the second half! Eastwood on for Robbo - wonder what's wrong with Paul this time.
RevidgeBlue Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Robinson off for Eastwood. Joke. What if outfield players pick up knocks?
thenodrog Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I honestly cannot believe we have been so lucky as to get a proper footballer like Cairney for as little as 500k. So impressed with his touch, movement and composure.Indeed. We'd not have had a cat in hells chance if he 'had' two feet mind.
Mike Graham Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Kean defending.....sorry brilliant thru ball
Backroom Mike E Posted January 15, 2014 Backroom Posted January 15, 2014 Cheap goal tbh. Go all out now. No shame boys!
