Amo Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I expect City to do to us, what we used to do to lower league teams - win at a canter. Thanks again Venky's. You act as if this would never happen in the PL.
FGS5635 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Live dangerously, bet £2.00! Madness, we are in a global recession you know. Plus its taken me long enough to count out a pound in coppers. Dont fancy counting out another
Amo Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Stuck £8.00 on at 226/1 for Man City HT/Rovers FT.
Ryan Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 3 quid on Hanley first scorer 100/1 with sky bet
EWOODACE1 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I have this funny feeling we will score in the 1st ten mins but city will score just before half time. Then they will go on to win 4-1
Majiball Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Madness, we are in a global recession you know. Plus its taken me long enough to count out a pound in coppers. Dont fancy counting out another Everyone knows the economy is on the up as those ever trustworthy politicians tell us so. You'll be kicking yourself if it comes in and your laziness is the reason you lose out on 2500 new pennies! Just think of all the fun you could have counting those!
Butty Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Nixon suggesting that we will be playing a weakened side with what he's been tweeting. Whether or not he's right is another matter. Tweeted someone saying this @reluctantnicko: @mrmack84 Remarkable team news tonight btw ...
FGS5635 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Everyone knows the economy is on the up as those ever trustworthy politicians tell us so. You'll be kicking yourself if it comes in and your laziness is the reason you lose out on 2500 new pennies! Just think of all the fun you could have counting those! I wasnt even going to put a pound on, but now I've had to have a bet 'Just incase'. Fiver on at 20/1
ABBEY Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Also put my last 3 on Hanley 1st goal / rovers 2-1 1000/1
Shabani Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Considering we won at OT when bottom of the league and beat Arsenal away in normal time last season, some of these odds are v generous!
Majiball Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I wasnt even going to put a pound on, but now I've had to have a bet 'Just incase'. Fiver on at 20/1 You've got to love peer pressure! Not saying what I've bet on.
ABBEY Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I wasnt even going to put a pound on, but now I've had to have a bet 'Just incase'. Fiver on at 20/1 20? youve been had lol
Majiball Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Trying to find odds for a goodwillie hatrick Has he been accused again? he needs to learn to not live up to his name.
yoda Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 £30 for car park wtf !! On official site You can park next to the eastlands pub for £7
RevidgeBlue Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Nixon suggesting that we will be playing a weakened side with what he's been tweeting. Whether or not he's right is another matter. Tweeted someone saying this @reluctantnicko: @mrmack84 Remarkable team news tonight btw ...Last time he tweeted that everyone was expecting Armeggadon and there was something like one change, Eastwood for Jake Kean.Really hope we don't make too many changes, a weakened side tonight is no guarantee at all of a win on Saturday, or even if we did that we wouldn't lose the next few games after that.
windymiller7 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 You can park next to the eastlands pub for £7 I think it's a fiver on the Asda car park opposite Etihad. I'm sure I read that on a sign when I was there on Friday. Although I bet it gets full pretty quick.
Gav Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Best just to ignore Nixon I find. Decided not to go tonight, regretting it if I'm honest, but all credit to the 4000+ making the trip over. Very much reminds me of the late 80’s when we’d get 10,000 at home and 5000 away when doing well, more in the cup, Villa when Andy Kennedy scored springs to mind. Great effort and lets hope the side do the travelling fans proud.
ElTwis Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I think most of us would be hugely disappointed if there were wholesale changes tonight. Rhodes on the bench I can understand and maybe give King a run out in place of Marshall or Taylor. Much more than that would be a real shame and the travelling fans deserve better.
Backroom Tom Posted January 15, 2014 Backroom Posted January 15, 2014 Last time he tweeted that everyone was expecting Armeggadon and there was something like one change, Eastwood for Jake Kean. Really hope we don't make too many changes, a weakened side tonight is no guarantee at all of a win on Saturday, or even if we did that we wouldn't lose the next few games after that. He's whipping folk into a frenzy Probably sensationalist bull! Maybe Rhodes won't start but he didn't in the first leg so that's fine if its a change if tactic, it would be disappointing to say the least if he didn't start but someone like Goodwillie did! Maybe he's going to throw Connor Mahoney in at the deep end
ABBEY Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 http://www.mcfc.co.uk/The-Club/Visiting-the-Stadium Click on the car parking tab. Are you taking your caravan, Abbey? For the rest of you, apparently it's a tenner, not £30. why would city advertise the price in dollars? oops silly me
Parsonblue Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 It wouldn't bother me overly if we changed the team around tonight. The next two League games are vital and we don't want injuries to key players in this game.
FGS5635 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 I think its all in or all out for me. Dont be caught in the middle with a wishy washy selection. Either go full strength and 'have a go', or drop all of the key guys and play a reserve side with forest/ derby in mind
