Steve Kean's Hypnotoad Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Part of a crop of players who I was, by and large, proud to support. Couldn't agree more. Back when they were playing the likes of Emerton, Pedersen, Dunn, Neill, Nelsen etc used to get stick from quite a lot of fans, and I always said we'd look back on them as legends at some point. All played in teams that achieved things at Rovers that won't be repeated in a long time.

Salgado Is A Hero Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 He scored a couple of important goals as well in the season we stayed up despite Kean. At home to Utd and the 2nd in the win at Wolves.
davulsukur Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Always had time for Bert, even if he did bring the most glaringly obvious backheel pass in football. Solid fullback under Hughes, possibly started the "make shift rovers right back, who's actually better there than his natural position" with Steven Reid and Jason Lowe following on.
