Couldn't agree more. Back when they were playing the likes of Emerton, Pedersen, Dunn, Neill, Nelsen etc used to get stick from quite a lot of fans, and I always said we'd look back on them as legends at some point. All played in teams that achieved things at Rovers that won't be repeated in a long time.

Always had time for Bert, even if he did bring the most glaringly obvious backheel pass in football. Solid fullback under Hughes, possibly started the "make shift rovers right back, who's actually better there than his natural position" with Steven Reid and Jason Lowe following on.
