1-1 final.

Losing the lead is disappointing but a draw is not a bad result against a good top 4 team who had us under severe pressure for most of the second half.

We've stopped the rot after the City and Forest thumpings. But we do need to win on Tuesday.

We dropped 2 points with five minutes to go which makes it a bad result.

Before the game I would have thought a draw to be a decent result. However, it feels like a loss as we've thrown away another great chance and a winning position through negativity.

We will NOT get into the playoffs with Lowe and Williamson in midfield. For me, Cairney has to play in the middle with Evans when he is back (the sooner the better). I absolutely disagree with anyone saying Lowe/Williamson is a good selection - from the start or during the game.

I am quickly coming to the conclusion that Bowyer may be working hard but just cannot cut it in terms of decision-making, tactical set-up or motivation.

I think today will be another blow to the confidence of the team. Not good enough.

Wednesday at home and then Birmingham at home, missed opportunities.

We are then playing catch up, with us having to pick up points against forest and derby to close the gap.

Missed opportunities again.

We had enough to at least get into the play offs, too negative.

GB bringing in Dabo will mean Williamson won't be alongside Lowe for much longer. Evans is also back in training next week which will strengthen us in CM.

2 points sacrificed on the alter of 4-4-2. Bowyer should have swapped a striker for Dunn 15 minutes before he put Kane on.

I'm afraid Bowyer seems clueless when it comes to subs, has been his achilles heel all along.

I will say it again, he needs the help of an experienced coach on the bench, someone who has done it at

a decent level, ' an old head ' maybe ?

For me we needed a win after getting battered last week

We could have won but (Tin hat time) the lack of a real manager in the tactical sense cost us yet again today

I like Bowyer and the players seem to play for him but he needs help, he's far to slow to react and fails to see obvious things

He also seems more keen not to lose than he does to actually win the match

2 games against 2 teams we want to be competing with - 1 point

Very frustrating. Bowyer hits the self-destruct button by replacing the best player on the pitch to put a full back on the wing. One headless chicken run later and it's 1-1. Fuming.

His negativity comes home to roost again. Radio Rovers deflection tactics into overdrive, bemoaning the loss of Marshall and the ref not giving us a penalty but it's plain to see, Bowyer bottles it and threw away 3 points. He should have taken off Taylor and either brought on Dunn, or brought on Kane and moved Cairney inside. Bringing off the bloke who was winning the headers and holding the ball up for a poor defender was always going to invite pressure, I just didn't expect it to be after 1 minute.

I wonder which will happen first, Bowyer learns when attack is the best form of defence, or Rovers go into admin?

I like Bowyer... but

This is the legacy the Keanderson left us: lower standards.

As long as a manager is likeable he'll get the benefit of the doubt, and there will never be any campaign - even terrace chants - for him to step down. We are stuck with this negativity.

Awful game. Even at 1-0 it was hard to watch. Gestede was the only player who looked a threat. Lowe and Williamson I'm sick of talking about. Taylor was useless. Cairney as usual wasted.

We never once defend from the front. We let teams boss us and can't hit them on the counter as we have no pace or desire to go forward. We play way to deep and the last 2 months have been rubbish to watch

Our so called 2 defensive midfielders never make a tackle or break up play and neither can pass unless it's to a centre half. Lowe tried a forward pass once that I remember and it went out for a throw.

Taylor looks clueless when running with the ball and never lifts his head. Cairney forever comes inside but leaves Henley exposed.

Bowyer is starting to lose the fans that were willing to give him a chance but the negative tactics are baffling
