How many tickets were sold by the deadline?

The pressure on a good Burnley team of no win in 35 years cannot be underestimated.

The result will hang on whether Bowyer or Dyche win the tactical battle, Dyche certainly came out on top last season, albeit not against GB.

If we are truly up for it, we will not lose.

I'm looking forward to it.

Crowd size?

2 draws would suggest nobody came out on top. (unless you meant over the season)

Y Broth, I meant that in the Ewood game last season we were out-played for much of the game, and Dunny's sublime moment glossed over this somewhat.

We have an even chance of a point or 3 tomorrow, so it's all about how up for it we are. We will score, Rhodes will play well.

Come on!

it pains me to say it and i'm truly hopeful i'm wrong but i just dont think we're good enough to beat them , a draw is about the best we can hope for Burnley have the better players on form and full of confidence , we come off the back of a hiding at Bolton with a squad decimated with injuries and our talismatic striker without a goal since new years day. Keane it seems will start but with perhaps only 1 maybe 2 training sessions behind him at the club its a tall ask for him and and his new partner to shackle the leagues most prolific strike force

Bring them on. The absolute scumbags.

I do hope, and expect in all fairness, that this defeatist talk by some members on here is left at home tomorrow. Can hardly blame the players for not "being up to it" if we're not. I'm sure and know we all will be. It's only bloody burnley! They couldn't even beat us at t'turd. Whereas we are good enough, on our day to hold Man City.

The weight of expectation is all on their teams shoulders, massive pressure to not only create a gap between them and third place but to also put an end to 34 years of our utter dominance. Christ, imagine if they blow it, again?!?

They'd be heart broken. The five families of burnley would all be in mourning. Imagine the damage done to the towns pet shops in the ensuing riot on Sunday evening?

Let's go to work.

Would be happy with a draw but got a feeling we are going to sneak this by the odd goal.

Anyway previous dingle game related, was thinking about the best goals from derby games, anybody else remember Tony Finnagan's screamer at the dingle dome in the Manx cup 88? Was it his debut? Remember saying to my mate at the time looks like weve got a good un here, how wrong eh!

Sir Bob, I agree. I finally broke my Accy Stanley duck today, in my 51st year....spare afternoon watching 3rd from bottom play top. 2 up in 8 mins, down to 10 in 30 mins, 3-0 up at half time......beat them. Of course anything is possible......

Passion, that's all it takes.....they owe us one from last week, will make our season & spurr us on.......COYB's,,

I remember the last time the dingles won, undeservedly I might add,

after that we were the underdogs for years but somehow manage to come out on top or hold them,

The same mentality is needed tomorrow, is Bowyer capable of doing this to the squad?

Neither have I mate and I'm older. Moved here in 81.

Fear?! Fear?!? Talk of fear is preparing to fail. They're coming to our gaff for heavens sake! I suppose they'll be breezing in clicking their heals and thinking its a formality? No chance. They'll be fear on their side as well. So many bad memories as well. Defeats, alsatians, asbestos and inadequacy.

Up and at 'em!!

I have never known it as quiet on here the night before stuffing the auld enemy.

This feeling of apathy and/or apprehension will emanate from the stands if we do not show courage, remember our history, draw on our unparallelled success over 25 years, BELIEVE we can and will win, and sing like we mean it.

It is only a game but for 2 hours tomorrow it is a non-violent battle. If we win the battle on the terraces, our 35 year magnificent record will not be in danger.

Believe, sing, show courage, and win.

I'm still proud to be a Rover on days like this, despite the rape and pillage of our great club.

We alread have one thread The end of an era well after the game finishes we can have another. Our decades of dominance will officially come to an end Sunday March 9th 2014. The pendulum has now started its swing back the other way to where it was whem I first embarked on this roller coaster ride that is Blackburn Rovers Football Club. I have had many ups and downs being a blue but I dont know if any lows will match the feeling I expect to have come tomorrows final whistle.

can see either a draw or burnley sneaking a win, they will score first then maybe rovers will equalize but can see burnley sneaking it at the end as they know a win will put them in a dominant position over the other promotion contenders.

Trust me, unless either team is winning by 3 goals, very few supporters on either side will focus on anything other than the contest laid before us. Last season showed how evenly balanced these games are and we will be gripped by the sheer theatre.

Expect goals, red cards, publicity stunts, and nerve-shredding tension.

Nothing else matters until tomorrow night.

Collectively, we are still strong enough to successfully defend the record. League positions can wait.
