5tevie Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 I almost said "hate" but that would be a bit OTT, even for me. OK, who are they and why do you dislike them? They are a company that build houses on estates. When we were looking for a house to buy we found a house on a new estate just off Manxman Road. The house was nice with 3 bedrooms and front and rear gardens. Another major plus was the view from the front of the house. We looked out on to open land and a quick saunter from our front door carrying a folding deck chair led us to a small hill of gravel, rocks and other bits of building stuff which, from a seat on top of the hil you could sit in comfort and watch Blackburn Rovers home games. I must have watched a season and a half of games and then those bar stewards at Westbury built some houses directly in my line of sight which meant that I could no longer watch the games for free. Buggeration. Steve.
