From Sweden the verdict is crap referee and great Rovers, cant fault Lee or Evans but you cant WIN games with two defenders in central midfield. Was impressed with Lee today but every time they got the ball they looked for either Henley or Spurr. Not one single through ball towards Rhodes or Gestede.

Thought we played well and could have won it but overall Leicester probably deserved to win with all the chances they had. I was really annoyed we were time wasting near the end, a draw is no use to us. We are not going to get a promotion place any more, and I think Bowyer is a crap manager.

What went on the 2nd half?

Here's my view in no logical order.

That ref was absolutely garbage, how he has a job as a professional referee is criminal. You can tell he'd never kicked a ball in his life.

We passed much better than we ever have all season in the 2nd half. 1-1 is probably a fair result, both teams will feel unlucky not to have won. Conway was excellent although he should have scored, looks like he could be a real player for us... Reminds me a bit of David Thompson.

Killgallon and Keane were solid, only a poor mistake by Henley cost them their clean sheet. They did get lucky letting the ball bounce over them to gift a chance to Vardy who hit the post. I was also impressed at their willingness to play out form the back, it made all the difference and forced Leicester into playing much deeper. The defended with their lives and threw their bodies infront of everything. Unfortunately I don't think we'll be able to keep Keane, looks a real talent but maybe Moyes will fancy letting him out for another season on loan, fingers crossed.

Henley needs to go out on loan, desperately.

Gestede was a little frustrating, their defenders were very tight to him and Rhodes, I wouldn't say they both played badly though, just not great either... They put in a shift.

Williamson is very hit and miss, puts in some great work at times and gives away silly bits of possession in dangerous areas. He had a decent game though.

Spurr was steady, good game.

Feeney, looks useful, not going to rip this league up but looks useful.

Evans had a quiet yet tidy game, put a decent foot in and kept it simple, much prefer to see him and Williamson than Lowe.

Overall, a decent performance against a very hardworking and organised Leicester side but we made them look very ordinary at times. For large parts of the game you would have thought it was us who were top of the league which just goes to show how if you do the basics well in this league then you will get the rewards. It also underlines how much we've underachieved this season, we're a decent side when we look motivated but far to many times this season we have ambled through games like this league owes us something, today should be the example for that to change.

Great second half after a pretty poor first

In contrast to others I thought Rudy was magnificent he won everything and Rhodes was as bad as he was good last week, still strikers have off days.

Henley was dire and just looks scared

Conway really good apart from on their goal

Great to see some positivity in bringing king on and going for it.

I thought Rhodes was fouled at the end but went to ground far too easily time And time again and the ref wasn't going to give him anything after that, sort of like a Jason Roberts tribute.

A lot of good chances both ways in a really end to end second half, at least we hit the target they were just poor in front of goal save a great block on the line!

Well JAL said to judge us by how we play against the champs-elect. We definitely have a chance at the playoffs (at least) if we can build on performances like that.

We worked very hard for the most part, although we had a habit of counter-attacking slowly which invited pressure. 2nd half in particular, we made them look average which says a lot about this league. He who dares wins, Bowyer! Let's dare next season.

1st half spoiled slightly by a moron randomly and repeatedly shouting at someone to 'watch the game, you f-word c-word. Yeah I'm looking ay you and you're a c-word' with a couple of 8yr-olds sat right behind him.

Oh, and it was good to briefly meet you, Mr. Tom :)

If you're out and about and just picking up reports on 5 live, that's my little girl doing them so excuse her if she stumbles over the odd word. It's only the third live reports she's done and they've trusted her to be neutral on it though she'll be agonising if Leicester score being a huge rovers fan

I heard at least three of her reports, she sounded really professional and has a nice voice for radio, nobody would have

guessed that she is such a novice.

You can be proud of her tonight !

A game of two halves.

Despite the goals coming in the first, it was dire stuff before the break. Not sure we deserved to equalise but it was very welcome.

After the break we spent a lot of time in their half. Leicester should have gone 2-1 up after rounding the keeper and hitting the post with the goal begging (albeit from a narrowish angle) - a ball across the box would have been a tap in. That aside we had plenty of chances and could have done much better. For once Bowyer's half time team talk did the trick (I'm assuming he did the talking) and it was a much more enjoyable, if goalless, second half.

Bowyer will be ruing the calamaty for their opener - and I wish he'd stop calling his players by their nicknames - but all in all a good result against the probable Champions. Although doing Bumley a favour does stick in the craw a little.

Henley is another one who's been thrown in to early, he was never ready to be anything more than a sub at this level yet. He would benefit from being a regular starter on loan a league below for a season I reckon. We need a steady right back for next season as we don't want it to be a main week spot again.

I would say Bowyer is telling a slight mistruth when he says we upped it after their goal yes we had a chance with Rhodes but we were shocking until they gifted us that corner, second half we were as good as we have been since City at home though.

I'd agree with this. Second half we looked a good side and attacked with purpose for a change. Henley was very poor though and looks like an academy kid thrown in way too early...which he probably is.

Conway was excellent and Gestede a real handful. We seemed to snap into tackles all over the pitch today especially in central midfield which was good to see and the 2 centre halves looked assured throughout.

All in all a fair result and a decent performance.

Good summary.

Sorry its just a mess of random thoughts I tend to do it fresh in my mind on my walk up livesey branch road

Apparently Jordan Rhodes just bumped his car on the Car park, nothing drastic though!

By the way do we know if the ambulance with blues on entering Ewood at the end was for Henley
