Well that's not true.

Leicester- 1 point

Burnley- 1 point

QPR- 1 point (maybe more tomorrow)

Derby- 2 points

Wigan- 0 (still to play at Ewood)

Reading- 4 points

If we get something against Wigan, we've taken points against every one of the top six. It's the crap teams we really should have rolled over that we've struggled with and lost points.

yes but not enough

If those two are picked together again there is no way I would drive that far to watch them. I'm driving less than 10miles and I wonder whether it is worth it. Trouble is I'm usually well on my way before the team is announced.

210 miles for me. Usually just walking into the ground when they announce the team - when it's Lowe and Williamson I am tempted to turn round and go home.

Mate on the staff at Rovers who has become quite good mates with cairney. Yeah I understand the thinking behind playing him wide, whip crosses in with left foot and shots etc. But personally id have him central.

Ok.thanks for that inside info

if Cairney enjoy and wants to play there wide right. then wat do you?? I would play wide atm.

I would play the same team tomoz nite. if Evans not fit play Lowe then. Wouldnt play King from Start. impact sub..would keep playing Gestede and Rhodes and let their partnership improve. only going to improve by playing together

Not sure it's inside info think it's quite common knowledge at the training ground etc.Not a big fan of Josh king myself should be doing more off the ball and to get the ball, not interested unless it lands at his feet and even then he is hit and miss.

surely you should be supporting the team and Club whoever who is playing. team selection shouldnt matter

You are starting to remind me of those olden days priests. They would give themselves permission to go into school on a Monday morning to publicly chastise any children, who didn't go to Mass the day before. Shall we pass you the names of all those unworthy fans who fail to attend the match tomorrow?

Forgive me, Chaddy, for I have sinned. It is 3 weeks since my last home match...

I'll take the high road and you take the LOWE road

And I'll be at Ewood afore ye.

Difficult game this one. We'll see what stuff we're made of.

I think another 0-0 draw.

Lets not chastise him yet he hasn't picked Lowe yet

The obvious move is Cairney and Willy central and King out wide, failing that give Etuhu a shot, he may be finished but we know Lowe and willy can't play together so try something different.

"Lowe and willy can't play together so try something different."

I know they can't play together, you know they can't play together, Bowyer knows t...... oh poo!

Joking aside I hope you are right.

I hope we do go for it as was said above, their attack is decent but without barton, hughes and that other defender who is injured we may have some joy if we attack. Which makes me even more worried bowyer will be intimidated by rednapp and his household names, start willowe in their 'curtains just in front of the back 4' role and after a drubbing say "we knew they would come at us......."

Cairney certainly ain't a box to box or a full on deep sitting "Tugay-esq" midfielder in my eyes.

He has great control and feet, good at unlocking doors, passing, shooting but not quite the reader of the game when we do not have the ball. Probably slated for it but my opinion is Lowe is far better at this defensive aspect regardless of the constant jibes from supporters. Statistics are inconsistent (mirror our performances) but I hazard a guess at us conceding less with Jason playing statistically. That's one for Stuart to debunk!

The one thing that Cairney possesses though is a left peg. From my perception of one of GB's style, (another place for pointless "supporter" jibes) he likes players to cut inside and Tom has been much more effective on the flank than anyone else we have had fit. For the left flank, Conway looks a superb player. Perhaps a left footer or fit Ben Marshall will see Cairney play more centrally or behind the striker. He reminds me of Lallana, and you would never see him playing in a midfield two.

As for QPR, I can't predict. Inconsistent season innit. Either way if we lose Then they could catch the dingles so every cloud.....

I like our options at the moment and a few big performances from the likes of Rudy, Killa, Robbo, Conway and Rhodes could put QPR in the playoffs. I'd love to see "Harry the Melted Face Pillock" fail.

That man should be roundly applauded if he attends tonight's game. An excellent piece and at last someone who will say what Anderson has done to feather his own nest.

Definitely! I'd buy him a pint and raise a glass to 'The true spirit of football' with him if he was at the game. Top man.

Going tonight, and hoping for another win at a canter, to demonstrate to the fans that the squad has something in it, and to continue building momentum and confidence for next season.

A well written and very direct article. It is so depressing to see the photograph of those two clowns at Ewood. At any other Club the fans would have demonstrated and tried to run them out at town. In poor old Blackburn we were too timid; it is a good job the Venkys did not try to put up the price of Bovril as that would have created a fans backlash.

Anyhow back to tonight. Again I am in London today and just hope Virgin get me in on time to saunter down to Ewood and beat the crowds so I can get a good seat amongst the baying fans in the Darwen End. A full bloodied game and a full house would be good.

2-1 to Rovers with 28,950 fans taking advantage of the cheap ticket offer.

Last 6 Matches

W 2 D 4 L 0 F 15 A 11 Pts 10

All without J Lowe apart from 24 mins at Huddersfield where he went off injured 1-1 finished 2-4

And in those matches we dropped at least four points with games we should have won. We also conceded 11 goals - and showing stats are all about timing - had only won 1 match in 5 prior to Ipswich. Lowe, Evans & Cairney are our best midfield - and injuries permitting is what Bowyer would start with.

http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/news/34695/Wow - an opposition fan who obviously took some time to do some research and look beyond the Sky headlines. If only the journalists in fleet street could be bothered - the FA would be forced into a proper investigation. BTW what happened to the dosier that was supposed to be released to the press ?

An excellent article. A big thanks to the QPR fan who wrote this.
