Gogger Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 dafuq is happening! We are to good for this league
Guest Norbert Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 3-1 Keane. It's the hope of promotion that kills you!. Will we match Burnley when they missed out by one goal?
moerpho Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Make that MEGA-champions with a sidedish of awesomesauce (and chicken of course!) This will do the team good, but I still don't think we will make the playoffs. Anywho....I just LOVE it when Rovers win!
Backroom Tom Posted April 12, 2014 Backroom Posted April 12, 2014 Wow I still think in reality we've left it too late but if we can play this way then there's no reason we can't do it next season!
Hasta Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Brighton 2-0 now Could do without that. I was watching that online and annoyingly Charlton hit the bar about 30 seconds before Brighton scored.
Devon Rover Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Great first half. Shame Brighton are going to win. I wonder if Wigan might be the team to catch for 6th place? Just imagine if we had it in our own hands for the Rovers v Wigan game...
Backroom Tom Posted April 12, 2014 Backroom Posted April 12, 2014 Sounds like in reality we haven't played that well but finished brilliantly and Robbo brilliant - like a reverse Birmingham! Could we be getting the luck just at the right time
Al Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Brighton 2-0 up Damn. Come on Charlton! Can't expect to catch em all in one day. We are doing OK let's not be too greedy all at once.
Mike Graham Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Well done Rovers, also sounds like our fans are also in good voice. Goal difference could be so important at the end of the season. PS: good to hear the Burnley and Boro fans give Gary Parkinson such a good reception at half time in their game.
blueboy3333 Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Sounds like in reality we haven't played that well but finished brilliantly and Robbo brilliant - like a reverse Birmingham! Could we be getting the luck just at the right time good point, be it injuries or penalties, we've not had much luck at all this season.
Guest Norbert Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 It's getting close for the last few places in the play offs. At half time Wigan have 67 points, then Brighton have 64, Reading/63, Ipswich/62, Blackburn/62.
Backroom Tom Posted April 12, 2014 Backroom Posted April 12, 2014 good point, be it injuries or penalties, we've not had much luck at all this season. We used it all up v burnley last season
LDRover Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Blimey. Right in it as it stands. I still feel like we need another though.
moerpho Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Come on, Rovers! No sitting back inviting pressure in the 2nd half. Get into 'em and score another 3. Give those travelling fans somethin extra for their efforts over the season.
moerpho Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Ipswich 1-0 up against Doncaster. Wouldn't be too surprised really if they nick that 6th spot. Middlesbrough 1-0 against Bumley. Squeaky bum time? One can dream...

lraC Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 It showed Lee Parkinson at Turf Moor on Sky sports at Half time. I knew he had locked in Syndrome, but so, so sad to see just how bad that was. Jeff Stelling nearly in tears when he saw him. On a day like today, results mean nothing, life is much more important!
Backroom Tom Posted April 12, 2014 Backroom Posted April 12, 2014 Bournemouth 1-1 Scores turning against us this half a bit elsewhere
yoda Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Asked a butcher (dingle) this morning if today was the day, his retort was no problem and he hoped we got into the playoff then stuffed by Wigan, I said that is a bit over the top is it not, especially as you would be going up anyway. He said no, he wanted maximum pain for the 35 years
