Wow I still think in reality we've left it too late but if we can play this way then there's no reason we can't do it next season!

Sounds like in reality we haven't played that well but finished brilliantly and Robbo brilliant - like a reverse Birmingham!

Could we be getting the luck just at the right time

It's getting close for the last few places in the play offs. At half time Wigan have 67 points, then Brighton have 64, Reading/63, Ipswich/62, Blackburn/62.

Ipswich 1-0 up against Doncaster. Wouldn't be too surprised really if they nick that 6th spot.

Middlesbrough 1-0 against Bumley. Squeaky bum time? One can dream...

They are still 8 points above Derby. We promoted them when we beat QPR.

It showed Lee Parkinson at Turf Moor on Sky sports at Half time. I knew he had locked in Syndrome, but so, so sad to see just how bad that was. Jeff Stelling nearly in tears when he saw him. On a day like today, results mean nothing, life is much more important!

Asked a butcher (dingle) this morning if today was the day, his retort was no problem and he hoped we got into the playoff then stuffed by Wigan, I said that is a bit over the top is it not, especially as you would be going up anyway. He said no, he wanted maximum pain for the 35 years
