booth Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Why take Rudy off when he's battering them?! Hope he's not injured.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Rudy off to tighten up obviously! Not as if we're safe yet!
RockinRover Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Taking Rudy off is a classic management move. You take off your best player, give him a rest but also let the fans give him a nice ovation as he leaves the field. The game's won so no need to risk him possibly getting injured etc.
JAL Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Rudy off for Varney Disappointing news for the Rovers fans.
West Yorks Rover Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 1-4 Was Rudy injured ? If not why take him off ? We need the goals !

Not when they can't handle him and we've played ten minutes of the second half.
Backroom Tom Posted April 21, 2014 Backroom Posted April 21, 2014 Yeah, classic... No doubt told them to sit back and see it out now
Bundesburn Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 We look a bit shaken. Need to slow it down and make them chase the ball a bit, take some of the momentum out of their play.
BRFC1995 Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 the lift seeing our best player go off has given they're players and fans has been crazy last 5 mins
Stuart Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 No chance we'll concede 4. I'm more disappointed that we couldn't beat Yeovil and this result matter.

adsfortheblues Posted April 21, 2014 Author Posted April 21, 2014 Why sit back for F SAKE, 6th is a long shot BUT it could come down to goal difference.
Husky Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 They're all over us. Seen it loads of times before. Just a good job that we absolutely battered them for an hour previously.
