The 4 years is interchangable depending on when you use this. Could be a month, 3 months, a year....etc.

I have had my views on Venkys.

Although I am not just prepared to forgive and forget I do believe that they are working now with the best interests of the club at the front of their minds.

We have some reasonable stability, there are no longer thoughts of administration and we appear to have a backroom team working together.

We have a bright young squad and we have seen what they can do, what they cant do and how much they can achieve is up to them.

all we need is a solid leader in the middle, a right back and another back up forward and we will get back to the promised land of the premiership. I don't even think Rovers need to splash out big money, we just need to off load some deadwood, two of the high earners and a solid start to the new season.

Not too much to ask is it??

Forgiven - No. But at the end of the day, Abbey, I'm enough of a realist to know that we need to pay the bills or guarantee the loans. At the moment they seem to be doing that. Without that there is no club simple as that. Of course we could start again in non-League as a new club ground sharing with Darwen or the like but for me that is not Blackburn Rovers although I fully respect those who argue that they would be happier with that than what exists at present. This season I have been happy with the progress made, I've been happy with the way Bowyer has handled things and I'm looking forward to next season. I can't change the past but I can continue to support the manager and players in the future and that is all I intend to do.
