Showing as an og on the BBC sadly

Yeah UEFA's score centre initially gave it to Louie but changed it.

EDIT: It's changed again, now Brändle OG.

Well Louie played the full 90 as Gibraltar drew 1-1 with Liechtenstein to secure promotion to League C. Looked pretty assured during the game and made a few dangerous headers when in attacking positions which just didn't come off as teammates were in the wrong positions. Should really have had an assist for a Kian Ronan goal but it was ruled out for a narrow offside. He'll get much better experience next season in League C where he'll potentially end up facing the likes of Northern Ireland, if they can't escape relegation. Hopefully by then he'll be in the Blackburn first team.

Congratulations on the promotion.

Malta took the lead and were in a promotion slot for all of 15 minutes but couldn't handle the power of the Faroe Islanders so they advance. We had been winning in Vigar in the opposite leg and conceded two injury time goals to lose 3-2!

Still it is a novelty for Malta to be on an unbeaten run in all matches since then.

You always know things are going well if Louie jumps up on your back, he does that whenever Gibraltar do well. Don't think he's ever done it to Tjay De Barr though as the striker's only little (hell of a player though)

Great signings for the Magpies. Won't pretend to know too much about Tomlinson but I always felt a bit sorry for Henley. Got a bit too much too soon after a couple of stellar performances as a 17 year old. Maybe had he come through at a different period in our history things could have been better for him here.

Both signed as free agents. Henley been training with Chorley for a few weeks

Makes sense, swore I saw Henley on a jog around Chorley not so long ago

Career blighted by injuries, an excuse of a manager who preferred B O(rr)

Rovers u23’s are at Brighton today 2pm kick off

it’s live on Brighton’s TV channel for those of us with time on our hands or (not) working from home?

Is that a youtube channel or from their official site?

I was flicking between the game and working but it looked like we had a lot of possession. It did look ponderous at times though.

Still, a very good win under the circs!

They had a man sent off so played the second half with 10 men. They gave up the midfield and defended the edge of the penalty area. It didn't look as if we had a great passer who could break them down. Best prospect looked to be centre back Garrett who is not 18 until next March but who stepped up in to midfield and a lot of the play went through him.

THE BIGGIE FRIDAY.

Everton at Leyland and the return of Bradley Dack.

Very handy win against one of the top sides in Brighton. Back up to 3rd with a game in hand on the top 2- Liverpool and Derby.
