I still think that it is more important to develop players to play in our first team. Whatever level that is at, so be it.

U21s lost 2-1 to Liverpool in a behind closed doors friendly this weekend, Pickering played and Boggan scored for Rovers

 

They played again this evening away to Wolves,

won 2-0  Boggan with both goals, Tyjon back from injury came off the bench

Atcheson went off injured after less than 15 minutes

Wolves had someone sent off at 26 minutes, with the score at 0-0. Imagine that was a factor.

What has happened to Tyjon? 

A lot of noise in the summer and him signing his contract was a big deal. Has he been injured or just not kicked on?

Been injured for quite a while by looks of it?

Calf injury, been injured for 2-3 months

Prior to his injury, he had 6 goals in 14 this season, (one of those 14 games being his 1 minute Championship debut) which for a 16 year old at U21 level isn't too bad at all
