Would argue Rovers had the better of that game, but they just couldn't find a final ball/finish on numerous occasions.  Tyjon or Leonard might have made all the difference.  Surely they cant both be with the first team tomorrow?

Sloppy at the back on more than a few occasions though

All depends who is fit and we have 3 games this week. could be indication that Gueye and Ohashi both started with Tyjon/Leonard on the bench?

Id think it may be more to do with not sending fringe first team players all the way to Newcastle, Monday night we play PNE at Chorley and next Friday, Leicester at Ewood so plenty of chances for them to get game time closer to home

2-0 down.

Our big Striker looks useful as does the lad taking our corners.

As I posted NU scored their 3rd

I presume Joseph is the striker, any idea the name of the other that you mentioned?  I am not watching this one, but interested to see who is standing out

losing 5-0 at half time!  Are Rovers terrible?  or are Man Utd very good?

The stream fell away just before HT and didn't come back.

MU are the better team full of skill, pace and height. We are not as poor as the score reflects.

The 40 odd mins I watched they had about 6 shots, scored 4, we had about 4 shots, no goals but 2 very good saves by the MU keeper.

That Rovers player I don't know has the fullest head of hair in our side 😂

I was just scanning through the under 21 fixtures and in October and November we have 13 games scheduled in the various competitions. All of these are midweek and quite a few are lunchtime kick offs.

Neither were named on the bench. Leonard has a shoulder injury though. Tyjon might have been with the squad, to be named to the bench if someone got a late injury.

I’ll go to the Rochdale and Oldham games I think.

The first team play Sheffield Wednesday the same night as the Oldham game

An even better excuse to go.
