Varney's playing in the play offs because he's playing under a manager who knows how best to utilise the players at his disposal. I don't think for one minute Ipswich's squad is better than ours and no way would I find a place for Varney in our current team. Sadly we know were the problem lies at Rovers, well at least some of us do :)

You mean the Manager of the team that we beat last week when we had nothing to play for and they desperately needed a win.

no surprised that Clark has left Blackpool.

I think he has had enough of working for the owner and the budget.

plus I think he didn't realised how bad things were at Blackpool

Yes I suspect at the time he was just happy to walk straight into another job, any job just days after failing fairly miserably at Birmingham.

Luckily for him not much **** is likely to stick to him for being a temporary part of the circus (and that's being polite) that is Blackpool, and he's liable to receive more sympathy than stick for the latter stint.

Nerves for them but also quite simply like I said our squad is far better and when they have a go, particularly with a rare attacking midfielder in the line up then we have too much for most teams in this division. All that whilst playing with two strikers as well by the way :) Sadly for two thirds of every season we don't set out to have a go.

Yep that's the one. The team that also finished 11 points higher than us and in the playoffs. On a lower budget too.

Smart? No. Just basic knowledge.

Even the Antonine Wall wouldn't fit your list. So you really meant north of the Scottish Border? ;)

OK you win. You're not smart, just irritating.

That would be the manager who couldn't beat us on two occasions this season. ^_^

Yep the manager who has a weaker squad with no FFP to hide behind and has spent peanuts but guided his limited squad into a play off place finishing god knows how many points above us. You are to Gary Bowyer what Alistair Campbell was to Tony Blair pal :) :)

Last time I checked the league table was decided on the accumulation of points from the entire season, not just the one game?

Not sure on what point you're trying to make here. Steve Kean's BRFC once bettered Sir Alex Ferguson's Man United. Does that mean he's a better manager?
