You mean arguing with other fans instead of ourselves? Yes! Admit it... It's a nice change.

This derby is just getting warmed up...

No, I mean giving the time of day to a pathetic troll from our small-time neighbours.

Are you on about home or away attendance cha?

Could get embarrassing if you're on about away attendances.

Aye, for you! Let's see how your numbers stack up at the end of the season. A city club should have no problem getting large numbers through the gates regularly...

Make that at Home to Wednesday Azuri...let's have at least another 2-3,000 turning out!

Unfortunately working that weekend SG, or I'd be on it. But defo think there will be a boost to the gate. Here's hoping that results and performances can sustain it.

Saw PKE on telly a few seasons back at one of the Sheffield clubs, think it was Weds, they had that Bowler hat day thing. There was about 120 of em.

Be quiet Nobber or you'll embarrass yourself kid.

Remember it well. The away following was 400 odd.

Game on Sky, League one, unbelievably shlt team and managed by Graham Westley....

Another thing I remember well is, some of your embarrassing sub 500 followings in the fvcking Premiership. Yourselves & Wigan that everyone used to take the plss out of, weren't it?...

Wigan and Bolton, actually. Rovers in the PL were regularly lauded for excellent attendances given our relative population size compared to other clubs.

look back at our away ave for the previous seasons since we came down. Also factor in how many of our aways so far this season haven't been on a Sat aft.

Less than ours is now, and we haven't had an away game within 90 miles yet.

Bleat all you want about your home support being slightly better than ours; but then again, so it should be, considering you've spent the past 20+ years being a Premiership team.

In fact, many would say your home support is fvcking appalling, considering.

And d'ya know what chaps?....I'd be inclined to agree with 'em.

Nope. Definitely Blackburn.

I remember particularly poor followings from you lot at Arsenal, Villa, Man City and Liverpool.

You've definitely had a fair few sub 500's in the Premier League over the past 10yrs or so. Inexcusable.

Seriousy.Getting grief off Preston fans for attendance's when they're a bigger city and they actually admit our home gates are bigger.

Weve put up with so much from the owners over the past 5 years and Preston are at the crest of a wave and yet home gates are still bigger.

Only been to dumpdale for friendlies before. Can't wait to enjoy a city centre takeover on Saturday afternoon and the Paul Lambert initiation ceremony later.

NobEnd lol.

You need to give this 'big city' thing a rest Hog, the population of the two places isnt that different and you know it

Infact its a credit to our club we get such good following home and away after enduring the wonders of ferguson, westley and @#/? irvine.

A one legged man in an arse kicking competition.

Due to our embarrassing away following, some of us will have to take advantage of the swathes of empty seats showing up on PNE official site.

CRINGE!

What about Venky's, Kean, Shebby, Berg and Appleton?

Why am I even conversing with this tool?

It's been said on here many times what Northend fans are like. They've always had this idea that they have massive support. They don't talk about anything else such as whether they've ever had a decent side or not, just attendances. The thing is there's nothing to back it up. Take a look at their attendances over the past 40 years or whatever, they're quite abysmal and in all honesty they'd be better advised to keep quiet about. Taking their attendance figures where there's only a couple of hundred difference, away from home for a season and half during a rare promotion season, doesn't tell you anywhere the true story.

They're obsessed and always have been.

Wonder if any of the Preston fans will be on here bleating about attendances when Lambert starts his Rovers reign with a comfortable three points at Deepdale?

Can't wait for this one, it's going to be an incredible atmosphere.
