Jock Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 anything worth a try but my point is there would a outrage by the Rovers Fans . They stayed silent in the kean era and never wanted him out ( like bowyer it's the same) . Happy Clap will be annoyed but they cant make us spend money at the Club. The shop and crappy food/drink bars shouldn't be touched by anyone who wants rid of Rao's Shaw and Myers. NAPM
glen9mullan Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 When he spends 1 day a week at best at rovers and the rest of his time at either his home in the ribble valley or running his shelving business , it does make you wonder why the owners have him at the top table, whilst the club continues on its decline. At the type of salary he picks up; surely he should turn up for work a little more often?
Athlete Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 He's only in situ to satisfy football league/FA rules.. No other explanation

At the type of salary he picks up; surely he should turn up for work a little more often? It is a farce that he ONLY spends 1 day a week at the club. Make me wonder who runs the club on the other days hes not there? Why the owners keep him there I do not know but I can only think to satisfy the FA/FL.
ABBEY Posted September 7, 2015 Author Posted September 7, 2015 Venkys out chaddy ? not worth itThe only reason he's there is he knows too much

Jock Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Sick note is as bad, never turns up before 12 noon, sometimes not at all oh the old bull5hit about working from home. NAPM
RoverCanada Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Thought it was interesting a few weeks back when Shaw mentioned we were still paying off the likes of Givet, Vukcevic (that goes back to January 2013!), and the Portuguese players (he's a slippery bast***d, making sure not to mention the ridiculous expenses for which he was at the helm). Would be interesting to know how much (and for how long) those payoffs still are as it's quite shocking to see our wage bill was still £30M+ when reasonable guesses for the current squad would put it down to more like ~£15M. I imagine projecting the end of such payments is (or should) be taken into account for FFP... By my count, we've had to pay off, or are still paying off, the likes of Goodwillie, Etuhu, Campbell, Givet, Vukcevic, the Portuguese players, Marrow, Orr, Gomes, Murphy, Best, Linganzi, Kean, some youth players, and maybe even Pedersen and Rochina. It boggles the mind. Perhaps a symptom of the ongoing 'dark forces' some allude to... but generally points to what a slow motion trainwreck it can be when you fail to manage your finances after relegation.
tomphil Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Just why does the staff numbers on the books keep increasing. Just who and how many and why are so many drawing a wage out of the club ?
Athlete Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Just why does the staff numbers on the books keep increasing. Just who and how many and why are so many drawing a wage out of the club ? Yet again so many questions and not enough answers.. The club is a scam and has been since the takeover We won't move forward until these charlatans finally go
onlyonejackwalker Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Just why does the staff numbers on the books keep increasing. Just who and how many and why are so many drawing a wage out of the club ? Wondered that myself. Falling gates, lower turnover, fewer players, less customers, less bean counting, less administration, less sales, less products, less services obviously equals ever increasing staff numbers! Maybe I'm missing something obvious?
ABBEY Posted September 7, 2015 Author Posted September 7, 2015 Someone needs to feed the mucky rupees into the zanussi allegedly
tomphil Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 About time Mrs D got herself over here and sat down with Derek and co and actually went through the staff payroll. Who does what, who are they and were are they ! Just my opinion but I bet the place is still being bled to death by some crafty chancers raking in what they can whilst they can !
Rover_Shaun Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 I wonder how many ghosts work at BB2 4JF?
Mercer Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 it really does make the blood boil. I can honestly say that I personally have never, ever come across a more inept Exec Management than the one in place at Ewood Park.
Leonard Venkhater Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 it really does make the blood boil. I can honestly say that I personally have never, ever come across a more inept Exec Management than the one in place at Ewood Park. Absolutely! So the questions for me are: what function does it serve to have such a pretend, cardboard cut out exec management team? what activities does it allow to happen? what activities does it prevent from happening? what knowledge does it allow to remain hidden? Who gains from this s***t? Who loses?....Well we all know the answer to that....
J*B Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Do I remember it right that a judge called Shaw a liar in court over the Berg fiasco? I've found some documents from the court here: http://www.employmentcasesupdate.co.uk/site.aspx?i=ed16253but no mention of lie/lies/liar. If not, where did the 'liar' tag come from?

The judge from Kean's drink-drive called HIM a liar. Shaw is the rogue.
J*B Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Not quite, pal. The judge from Kean's drink-drive called HIM a liar. Shaw is the rogue. I see, that's fine. Thanks!
