I have a ezcast dingle (like chrome caste) but I can't alter volume

I haven't got one, but the manual https://www.iezvu.com/download/EZCast-User-Manual.pdfaround page 23 says you can "use the ezcast app to control the volume". Do you have that? Looks like it runs on the PC you are streaming from.
