Stuart Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Another poor referring error in this tinpot division. Ball hits defender square in the face but because of player appeal he gives a penalty. It's 2015. Referees should not still be influencing the outcome of matches. The sooner TV cameras are embraced the better.
Pedro Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 They picked up a load of injuries the other day.
USABlue Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Not very bright from Nugent today misses the boxing day game and two others (dingles and brighton) Perhaps he just wanted xmas off.
Backroom DE. Posted December 19, 2015 Backroom Posted December 19, 2015 Brighton 2 down to Boro at half time. For all this talk of Brighton's unbeaten run, they've drawn almost half those matches. I can see them dropping out of the automatic spots and maybe even doing a Derby and missing out entirely by the end. Boro look streets ahead of Brighton, which shouldn't happen in a game between the top two teams in the league. Brighton certainly aren't playing like a team full of confidence.
G Somerset Rover Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Blimey, Boro are looking good. We'll have to be at our absolute best on Boxing Day to have a sniff of getting anything.
AllRoverAsia Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 The ''South Coast Bubble'' has well and truly burst.
tomphil Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Text book away performance from Boro, they are 3 up and still pressing like they are chasing the game. Probably the best all round side in the div this season. Brighton are decent but prob over achieved a bit so far, not sure they stay the distance. Having big crowds has certainly done them no favours today, silent from the off.
Mercer Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 I think the two outstanding teams are M'boro and Derby. As for the rest, really fancy our chances against them in the play offs - nothing at all to fear. Game on.
Backroom DE. Posted December 19, 2015 Backroom Posted December 19, 2015 Fulham 2-1 down to Bolton, it would only be Bolton's second win of the season. If Fulham don't get a manager in soon they'll be in danger of going down imo. What a mess. Cairney must be wishing he'd stayed put.
chaddyrovers Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Only seen the first half of the Brighton-Boro but Boro looked very good. Leadbitter and Clayton were very good. Bolton beating Fulham 2-1 Things looking worst for Fulham
Pedro Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 If we win tomorrow we will be three points off the play offs! Borough looked strong and very well drilled at set pieces. They'll cause us a lot of trouble on boxing day.
Neal Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Cairney must be wishing he'd stayed put. Apparently didn't have much choice in the matter.
Backroom DE. Posted December 19, 2015 Backroom Posted December 19, 2015 Apparently didn't have much choice in the matter. Well, he could have just said no thanks. What would Rovers have done, paid up his whole... Oh. Never mind.
Blue blood Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Blimey, Boro are looking good. We'll have to be at our absolute best on Boxing Day to have a sniff of getting anything. Does help when you can ignore any pretense of financial fair play mind. Although having said that it's not done QPR any good...
Bucksrover Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Does help when you can ignore any pretense of financial fair play mind. Although having said that it's not done QPR any good... Or Bolton
Backroom Tom Posted December 20, 2015 Backroom Posted December 20, 2015 Top chap Neil Lennon (allegedly) http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/football-manager-neil-lennon-knife-7044229
Stuart Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Football is a bit of a twilight zone at the minute!
arbitro Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Top chap Neil Lennon (allegedly) http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/football-manager-neil-lennon-knife-7044229 Another nail in the Bolton coffin I think. If this is true he has shown what a cowardly specimen he is and, after the noises he was making last week questioning whether he is the right man for Bolton it appears that his position is becoming untenable.
Ricky Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 So she only kicked off when she found out he was cheating on her with another woman... Despite the fact that he was cheating on his wife with her. There's definitely some woman logic in there somewhere.
chaddyrovers Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Looking like Jokanovic will be the next Fulham manager
philipl Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Looking like Jokanovic will be the next Fulham manager What, the Prime Minister of Montenegro?
chaddyrovers Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 What, the Prime Minister of Montenegro? Slavisa Jokanovic. The Former Watford and current Tel Aviv manager
LDRover Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Top chap Neil Lennon (allegedly) http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/football-manager-neil-lennon-knife-7044229 The most shocking part of that story is that the pug ugly ginge managed to have 3 women on the go at the same time.
