If this lot bulldozed Ewood and melted Jack's statue down some still wouldn't protest Gav.

General acceptance of our position and plight followed by a 'get behind the lads and keep the faith'

We have no chance.

1) Hopefully the case.

2) No such thing, especially since the Sky TV money came in 23 years ago.

3) Definitely wrong. The manager is the one thing the owners have had full control over and should have done something about imo.

4) Agree with getting behind the team and keeping the faith but that's no reason to accept doing anything but the best you possibly can which we patently haven't over the last 2 seasons.

Ever since we got relegated, there have been only two options for this club. Watch on as the club slowly dies and fades away into oblivion, or stage mass protests against Venkys and FA for allowing this to happen to us, and go out with our heads held heigh or maybe just maybe spark some positive change. I sincerely welcome anyone to try and offer a legit alternative. Things will not get better by themselves, dear lord it will not be Bawyer coming up with a genius plan to save us. Its one or the other. Protest or bust.

I went on every protest , didn't stay on the full 24 hour one as the wife had hospital appt in London .

Why would anyone protest (by which I presume you mean demonstrate/picket)?

The owners aren't listening.

The board can't/won't act.

The PR system is as loud as ever.

Bowyer is seen as the good guy.

The remaining fans are a majority of folk who don't want protests to spoil their Saturday afternoons watching the big screen (how terrible is that screen by the way) and drink beer, as well as those who would actively work to undermine them.

In case anyone hasn't noticed though, protests are very much underway. The number of people staying away from Ewood is a protest in itself. Whether it be a protest against Venkys, against Bowyer or against dire football, it's happening all the same. But even that makes no difference to Venkys - who will have been told "yeah, that always happens after relegation". If it was my club id be asking more pertinent questions about why STs have halved despite being amongst the cheapest in the land. And I wouldn't be asking Shaw or Bowyer.
