I've been to nandos mate what's the problem?

Have you tried asking for non halal meat there. I won't eat meat killed in that barbarian way.

Not speaking for Al but at a minimum they should abide by the laws of the country they inhabit and not pursue Sharia law. They should also stop playing the race card and playing the victim so often when one of their customs conflict with the norms of the country they inhabit. Tolerance has to be a two way process.

Religion is a pain in the backside, I find the whole concept of intelligent people reciting little limericks while they hold beads ludicrous, but at least leaders of Christians, Jews, Buddhists etc are moderate in their approach. What is the problem with religious leaders who practice Islam ? Why so reactionary and desperate to be offended ? Eh ?

Tell you what, more and more of us kuffar are getting tired of your ranting, murdering and demanding your way in defiance of the views of the majority and British law set in statute.

No argument here,

Maybe they are a little insecure, a tumour in the humour, worried about their size,

I have noticed that the problem is predominately perpetrated by over hormourned males looking for virgins.

That is the best post on the subject I have seen up to now. Why do Muslims come here and expect Christians and agnostics to follow their laws and customs instead of the laws and established customs of the land they live in?

Looks like it is open season in Europe for any IS scum, IS copy cat, nut job, psycho, anyone feeling disenfranchised to go out and make a name for themselves.

Well done Merkel

And Japan......Absolutely horrible what happened there yesterday.

Because they are "educated" to take advantage of our liberal way of life.

Yep, lets not let that detract from what is happening here though, fortunatley for the Japanese these events are very rare, we are seeing daily events in Europe now.

Do they? I'm not convinced that's the case across the board. I'd agree that some Muslims would rather the country was more Islamic, but Muslims I speak to in the office on a daily basis seem happy with how things are and love this country....(Born and raised here).

as I've said often, I have loads of Muslim friends. They want to live here and contribute to our society but follow their own religion just as I do. They are not pushing for sharia law, halal meat everywhere, or any of the other things they seem to be accused of on a regular basis. They want the same for their kids as we all do - a safe and happy childhood with good opportunities, a good education, a happy personal life. Some would have problems if their child was gay, but I think most of those I know would come to terms with that too given time. I don't get this hatred of Muslims that permeates our society. There are plenty of nut jobs from all faiths and none and plenty of sane, nice people too. It is sad that these highly disturbed individuals perpetrating these crimes are tarnishing the reputation of so many people who only want to live in peace.

Debating whether it's time for me to get on Facebook and say to all my Remain friends who went bat**** crazy after the Referendum result, "See, THAT'S why I voted Leave, and I was blummin right to do so".

I honestly wouldn't bother if I were you, have a wry smile about it and crack on. There are far more important things in life than recognition on Facebook.

Oh I won't get recognition! It'll be like after the relegation fall-out of sacking Big Sam, some other reason why it's all gone Pete Tonge and they were all right anyway. Just personal satisfaction, plus I'm off this week :)

Then why is it that there is shock and horror, not to mention killings, if they see a drawing of Mohammed and celebrations and fireworks in Blackburn on the anniversary of 9-11?

That crutch, is why charity exists in the world, it might not without it.

We'd all be praying to Mecca.

Atheists have killed way more; should lump them with Islam.

The scum killed someone right at a church in France I understand.

Is this true Al?

(I've not lived in East Lancs since 1995 so it is a genuine question)

I live in clitheroe so can't say. I have Muslim friends in Blackburn. I was with them when 9/11 happened. They were as shocked and horrified as I was.

Merkel has done her best to further the Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan, an insidious plot to destroy White European culture through a combination of globalization and mass immigration. The wheels are firmly in motion.

I suspect that the current happenings in France are related to the loss of territory for IS (due in no small part to French Airstrikes), and they are trying to antagonise the French into doing something more, that may draw more IS supporters/fighters to them.

It seems at least one if the murderers of the poor priest this morning was on a terror 'watch list'.

Is it any wonder places such as Guantanamo Bay come to exist?

Should people on terror watch lists have some restriction of their liberties? It's the thin end of the wedge but what is the price of them being allowed to continue unchallenged? And what price for freedom of us all in them being restricted? Do we really have freedom anyway? Our lives are very much restricted. If people are meeting up with known terrorists or are known to preach hatred, how much human rights protection should they get?

Is the life of an 85 year old a price worth paying to protect the perceived right of criminals? Of all of us?

How does this cease? Education? Liberation of such countries from dictatorship? Installation of new dictators who can keep a lid on splinter groups? Should Hussain and Gadaffi have been left to it?

Posted

Should Hussain and Gadaffi have been left to it?

Of course they should. Removing dictators from that region never ends well.
