I'm afraid your inability to debate what I'm actually saying, and the need to make comments on "how I like arguing" etc is making this just as pointless as you say.

There is no specific reason for my replies to you bar the FACT that I disagree with most of what you say on this subject, your content. It isn't specific to you, it's specific to your content.

Why does being born here give me a God given right to how it should look?

The real criticism at the fall of northern towns should be pointed towards the capital. Not immigration IMO.

Never once in my life have I had to alter my lifestyle to suit immigrants. In fact, it's the opposite, my life has probably been improved by those moving here. Food, music and culture.

Thankfully I have the right to comment on anything I like.

But as I say, the example of changing nursery rhymes has nothing to do with Muslims in Blackburn, or anyone of the Islamic faith for that matter.

I don't see how building their own places of worship is not living "by rules of the society"? I can accept places close if they aren't used, pubs, churches etc. Rather than prattle on about it why not give some examples? What children's story or nursery rhymes have been changed to appease Muslims, and why would anyone in the comfort of their own home change things for those living near by?

I dont see why Blackburn should qbe a town for a specific race either. Who do you mean, "we never had a problem before".. The white people? Or first generation Pakistani, Indian, carribean etc who'd lived in the U.K. for generations? Brought here for work, not here to colonise... The irony you'd choose that word.

You can go on about me being argumentative, but that's not the case I just don't agree with such views. Never have, never will. I don't agree with anyone who thinks they have a god given right to the soil they are born on, equally I'd never agree with anyone who said I couldn't work where I want in the world, if I could find better conditions.

As SKH pointed out, there is obviously some stuff that goes on that I don't see, but by in large I couldn't accept that people have had "customs thrust onto them" or their lives completely changed.

Finally - I don't care if you don't believe me or not, what I put on this website is what I think - not deliberately argumentative. Every post you quote and say such is ignoring content at the sake of arguing with me personally. Please avoid!

What problems are those? The only 'problem' I see is that the Muslim population of Blackburn tend to keep themselves to themselves, particularly in the Audley Range, Whalley Range, and Daisyfield areas.

Aside from that (which isn't actually a problem) I see no reason to be upset by their presence.

I've walked down Audley several times (and I'm white by the way) and never had any abuse. Don't live there of course but still never seen anything firsthand. I've had things to say about immigration control certainly but muslims haven't really bothered me directly. Of course back in school there were generally separate groups. Sometimes when people referred to them as a collective they would use a racist term but I never saw any serious issues. My nephew has had some issues recently (being provoked and getting in fights with muslims) which must partly be his fault. I think he feels he was targeted only by them. He does not live in the Audley area though. Obviously my Sister isn't thrilled with him (since some of it was provoked she supported him in relation to that) and I'm only his Uncle and not a very good one lol!

Nothing's ever perfect and if the vast majority of non-Muslims living in predominantly Muslim areas don't experience any problems then great, lets hope that continues.

I just don't agree with sweeping problems under the rug because of peoples' sensitivities. Widespread grooming of mainly white underage girls by mainly Asian men in the town is a real problem, the attacks in Corporation Park are a real problem, the sometimes intolerant material taught at Islamic schools in the town, the extortionate cost of car insurance in the BB postcode due to bogus claims, the Anzac attack plotter and numerous other convicted terrorists from Blackburn, the sky rocketing attacks on Jews in this country. All real problems that are really happening right now and sometimes seem to me to be so determinedly ignored as to be forgotten or assumed they don't exist.

what about asians that live or work in predominately white areas of town, do you not think they get abuse at all,

for example the poor git that works in the newsagents next to the manxman has to put up with pure racist @#/? and other general abuse on a daily basis and was even physically abused just last week, they guys about 5'5, always polite and friendly and works all the hours under the sun(and likely for not much more than min wage) yet he has to tolerate crap because the police do very little(if anything) to help. If this shopkeeper was white would he receive unprovoked abuse like this-NO and if he did it would be stamped out in a heartbeat, but if this asian shopkeeper was to retaliate he'd be lynched by the yocal mob regardless of who started what.

Also when i first moved into the house im in now(again near the manxman) there was a muslim family living next door(prob the only asian family in the area at the time) and they also received racist abuse on a regular basis for no reason at all and even had stuff like P#K#'s OUT gratified on there fence, fair to say the moved out at the first opportunity
