E Cigarettes are safe. I still contend that it's mainly control freaks who object to them. I neither smoke nor vape but believe in live and let live.

My mate did a similar thing many moons ago on Exchange Street in Blackburn. Someone had just finished eating their fish and chips and threw the carton out of their car onto the pavement, still with plenty of food left in. He picked it up and lozzed it back into their car. I'd have paid good money to see it!

reminds me of all the houshold cleaning fluids that market themselves by saying they kill 99.9% of household germs, even though it's the 0.1% of germs and bacteria that not even pure bleach can kill that id be worried about!

They only put 99% because they are not legally allowed to say it kills all bacteria. It's to do with the inevitability of bacteria evolving etc.

When you use it, it probably will actually kill 100% of bacteria it touches.

Nicotine is known to constrict blood vessels, which can be dangerous for those with digestive illnesses, Crohn's. etc... so e-cigs definitely aren't completely harmless. Even as a healthy person you ideally wouldn't want your blood vessels constricted.

That said, they still seem to be a much better alternative to smoking.
