I'm not so sure about that, surely the description would read as something other than "Auditor's resignation"?

Don't want to jump the gun, but my immediate gut reaction was that the new auditors have found something they dislike as well.

That was a big gun to jump and perhaps a wrongly positioned and aimed one at that. General procedure and nothing more.

The same date, there is a resignation on Venkys London Ltd, I assume it is KPMG, but showing for both company's.
