SamTheShrew Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Dunn will never be a successful manager, just cannot see it. My money is on this to be his only league manager job, Oldham to go down. Called it. Way too obvious. Dunn just hasn't got the nous to be a manager

koi Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Lets be honest, the lad would struggle to manage a paper round.
Leonard Venkhater Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Blimey. have I missed something? I am not sure why Dunny is getting so much stick on here.....
jim mk2 Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Accident waiting to happen IMO. The lad never struck me as the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Backroom Tom Posted January 12, 2016 Backroom Posted January 12, 2016 To think some advocated him for a role here!
Rover_Shaun Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Blimey. have I missed something? I am not sure why Dunny is getting so much stick on here..... He's had to 'get real'
ABBEY Posted January 12, 2016 Author Posted January 12, 2016 No one noticed the irony .. 1st Christmas in career he's worked and then gets fired
Amo Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Blimey. have I missed something? I am not sure why Dunny is getting so much stick on here..... Not stick, just that he's not management-material, as it were. Although he did blot his copybook somewhat by fighting Kean's corner.
RoverMinion Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Did they even give him a transfer window?!
yoda Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Did they even give him a transfer window?! No, not like some coaches that can be mentioned
chaddyrovers Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Did they even give him a transfer window?! I think Dunn bought in some loan signings. Btw, John Sheridan has been appointed as Oldham manager

speeeeeeedie Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 I think Dunn bought in some loan signings. Btw, John Sheridan has been appointed as Oldham manager Am I right in thinking that Sheridan used to be Oldham manager? He had them playing quite well didn't he? Then It all went pear shaped when took the team to the races. Allegations of over consumption of alcohol and him allegedly getting punched by a player put pay to his tenure.

He has managed Oldham previously. I know he left under a cloud but I wasn't sure why. Good player in his day.
oldjamfan1 Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 He has managed Oldham previously. I know he left under a cloud but I wasn't sure why. Good player in his day. He was - I remember him controlling a game at Elland Road against us without hardly moving out of the centre circle! (I have a hazy recollection of him getting sent off in another game against us on the same ground too)
