Stuart Posted March 14, 2016 Posted March 14, 2016 Leicester have won again. 5 points clear with 8 games to go. Apparently Ranieri was very calm after today's match. I don't think he believes they will do it and is just enjoying it while it lasts. Such a refreshing attitude to the PL. I really hope that they do it.

Dean Posted March 14, 2016 Posted March 14, 2016 Leicester have won again. 5 points clear with 8 games to go. Apparently Ranieri was very calm after today's match. I don't think he believes they will do it and is just enjoying it while it lasts I'd been thinking that until I saw him on the touchline with two minutes to go. He was throwing his arms everywhere, shouting, trying to get the crowd pumped to see them over the line. What he is doing in front of the cameras is obviously a more considered act!
Backroom Tom Posted March 14, 2016 Backroom Posted March 14, 2016 I said a while back I wasn't keen for them to win it but it's clearly them or Spurs now so rather them for sure! Love Ranieri so it's great to see him as a success again
Ribble Rover Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 What he is doing in front of the cameras is obviously a more considered act! You don't have the career he's had without being a clever bugger.
Ricky Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 He'll be the next Italian national coach I would imagine.
Dean Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 He'll be the next Italian national coach I would imagine. He couldn't leave after just one season, could he? Anyway, here is what I mentioned earlier: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rg66JQshax8
VinjayV4 Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Villa's unpopular CEO Tom Fox resigns... http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/aston-villa-chief-executive-tom-11057272
ada2020 Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 I'm sure many villa fans are thankful for the stable competitive footing he's left them on....
CAPT KAYOS Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Saw this on the FSF newsletter- very sneaky West Ham!!-http://www.claretandhugh.info/transparency-and-fairness-please-whufc/ Looking at the comments - more fool the fans really ( and any other supporters at other clubs for anything similar) Continue to pay the extortionate prices being charged by clubs for various things and it will still continue to happen Further to this but on a similar issue - the lip service £30 for away tickets is still too much in the scheme of things with regards to how much money is dwindling away in the game and mostly to players and agents Thirty is dirty - twenty is plenty
Backroom Tom Posted March 19, 2016 Backroom Posted March 19, 2016 Whilst I wanted our title win to remain the pinnacle of over achieving you can't begrudge them it now I'll be astonished if they don't do it now
Neal Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 They simply have to do it now, they can't let it slip after coming this far. Worth noting that they need to have it wrapped up before their last 3 games because they could well get nothing from them.
frosty Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 They simply have to do it now, they can't let it slip after coming this far. Worth noting that they need to have it wrapped up before their last 3 games because they could well get nothing from them. They've only lost 3 games all season, I don't think they'd suddenly lose 3 in a row! Plus I'd have Leicester as favourites to win at Old Trafford, United are dire. Then Everton at home is it as well? Should be winning that.
perthblue02 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Oh that would be nice if it could happen, Leicester winning the premiership at the Theatre of Merchandising, and rubbing the red rags noses in their lack of recent success
Husky Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Watch MOTD for the first time in ages without knowing the results (old skool style - but surprisingly difficult nowadays with a smartphone obsessive on every seat in every place). Nice win for Leicester and an equally pleasing win for Norwich. It's shaping up to be the best Prem League season since 1995.
Ribble Rover Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Watch MOTD for the first time in ages without knowing the results surprisingly difficult nowadays with a smartphone obsessive on every seat in every place). . Not to mention the awful commentating that is added after the match has taken place and is edited just nicely for the commentator to foresee goalscorers from corners etc. It's so bad now that you can tell who's going to score just before they do.

I dont think anything is more annoying than that loud Irish commentator who keeps pronouncing it "De Brunyah"... The bloody 'Y' is before the 'N' you div... The only thing you get paid to do is get the names right for 6 minutes.
speeeeeeedie Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Whilst I wanted our title win to remain the pinnacle of over achieving you can't begrudge them it now I'll be astonished if they don't do it now Leicester winning it will be a far bigger overachievement than Rovers title triumph. Rovers went from 4th to 2nd to 1st with the best manager and England's best player banging in the goals. Leicester have gone from relegation certainties Christmas Day 2014 to improbable champions the season after.
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Could be the biggest surprise since newly promoted Ipswich Town under Alf Ramsey over 50 years ago.

adopted scouser Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Every fan with a love for the 'real' game wants Leicester to win the league, and the WORST commentator is David Pleat and his cringeworthy telephone voice
rigger Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Every fan with a love for the 'real' game wants Leicester to win the league, and the WORST commentator is David Pleat and his cringeworthy telephone voice Michael Owen, by a country mile.
davulsukur Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 I see your Michael owen and raise you a Phil Neville
Salgado Is Still A Hero Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Mark Lawrenson is the worst for me. Just sits there making stupid, sarcastic comments all game. Absolute clown.
