speeeeeeedie Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Instead of who? That's where it gets tricky.Welbeck, Rooney, Kane, Sturridge, and Vardy are Woy's current 5. Henderson may not be fit so his place is open. But that would leave midfield short. I don't know who I'd drop but Carroll offers something that none of the others have. He went to the last Euro's too.
Hasta Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I'd drop Welbeck and take Carroll. Welbeck brings nothing that you don't get from Vardy, Kane and Sturridge but Carroll offers something completely different.

Rooney is a shoe in no matter what. Welbeck and Sturridge? What extra do they offer at International level? Hmmm.
Backroom Tom Posted April 10, 2016 Backroom Posted April 10, 2016 Leicester lead! If they win and Spurs fail to its match point
VinjayV4 Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Not looking great for the relegation teflon man.
Husky Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Surely this game has to finish 2-0 or 1-1? Sunderland simply have to attack and Leicester on the break can't keep missing can they? Although maybe they can keep the ball in the corner for the last 10 mins.

Sturridge? Skill, vision, does something special in an instant, Welbeck? Runs the channels, finishes well, Carroll is past it at international level
Gav Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Lets hope Leicester get another, nothing like ruining 35k Spurs fans Sunday afternoon.
ABBEY Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Looking like the brfcs allardyce myth will be getting broken . He doesnt get teams relegated and teams are pants when he leaves just like west ham are.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted April 10, 2016 Moderation Lead Posted April 10, 2016 More often than not though that was true to be fair Abbey. He might well be losing his touch....

Husky Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Finally Leicester break their 1-0 hoodoo . Does anyone else have slight nostalgic memories of 95 seeing pictures of the Leicester fans in the sun? Well, now I'm off to the ice hockey for some more glory hunting
perthblue02 Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 uhmmm not sure what score I want from the Spuds v Merchandise Utd game, don't want Spuds closing the gap on Leicester and don't want the red rags qualifying for Europe. Maybe a draw at a push will be the best result.
Gav Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 The 'Chaz n Dave' tunes have just been turned off in the pubs around White Heart Lane, the cockney knees up has been put on hold for another year!

G Somerset Rover Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Made up for Leicester. What an incredible, unbelievable story.
Stuart Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 The 'Chaz n Dave' tunes have just been turned off in the pubs around White Heart Lane, the cockney knees up has been put on hold for another year! You're joking surely. Man Yoo are in town. The singing cockney contingent just doubled!

Gav Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Anybody who went to Cardiff for the league cup final when we sent Spurs home empty handed will know the arrogance of their supporters. It runs through the club from top to bottom and always has for as long as I can remember. The story of Jack Walker ringing the then Spurs chairman to buy Gary Lineker and when Spurs quoted £2m and Walker said ok they quickly pulled out of the deal and said we couldn't afford £2m, to which Jack was supposed to have said he could buy the whole club if he wanted but we'll take our business elsewhere!. I saw a few Spurs fans being interviewed on sky sports a couple of weeks back, asking who will win the league the popular view was: "Leicester? who are? they're not champion material" Well chaps, not so gobby now are you!
koi Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 And, as an added bonus, it's another club that have won the PL whilst Liverpool still wait for that honour..
Baz Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 3-0 to Spuds. Was 0-0 5 minutes ago. Not giving up yet.
