Think Guthrie will be rested tonight. Still getting back to fitness after a long lay off so Akpan will partner Lowe in the middle.

Also don't think Rhodes will be risked, we don't want to aggravate the injury. Delf and Koita will cause plenty of problems.

Duffy's position is under serious threat. Wouldn't be surprised if he's dropped tonight and Killa comes in.

My predicted team:

Raya

Henley Hanley Killa Olsson

Marshall Akpan Lowe Conway

Koita Delf

Apart from Rhodes that sounds very much like a rotation policy to me !! Main problem on Saturday seemed to be the formation.

My predicted line up too. Maybe Spurr is given a run if the formation us 442?

Akpan and Fode start

@OneRovers: ROVERS: Raya, Henley, Duffy, Hanley ©, Spurr, Marshall, Lowe, Akpan, Conway, Delfouneso, Koita

Why is Spurr playing he was woeful against the Shrews

Couldn't agree more... It's like 1 step forward, 2 steps back. He's finally realised we need 2 up front, yet he's dropped Barrow, Guthrie and introduced Spurr.

I can see Delfonso starting on the right here with Marshall back in the hole.

Hope it's two up top though.

Like others have said don't think it will be a 442. Disappointed Olsson and barrow have been dropped, not a lot of pace in that starting line up.

It's clear he sees Lowe as the lynchpin in midfield and it's him plus one other.

No Evans in the squad is telling.

I expected Barrow would be starting but two good wingers there.

I know the subs made a difference on Saturday but I don't like it how we're already making 3 unforced changes at game day three. It will continue all season too as it has done for the previous 24 months.

Not at all worried by the unforced changes at the moment, the team has failed to cover itself in glory so im all for changes until Gaz stumbles upon a formula that works. It's how he handles the situation with unforced changes when we have a team that works well that we can complain about changes week after week.

No last minute dash down to Ewood when I learned Lowe playing. Really is getting beyond a joke as to how he can be an automatic pick.

Other than defence I am actually quite happy with the selection. Killa should always be ahead of those two. Spurr is challenging Olsson for the left back. If he does well he should start again on Sat. If not Olsson is the main choice again for a while. Fair enough.

You do like to get a bee in your bonnet about certain things Abbey. What does it matter?

I will have a number of bets on tonight and will follow the latest scores on my phone quite often. I probably won't miss a kick of the game though as it takes seconds to check. I could probably log onto this site and post in about 30 seconds if I wanted to - about the time taken to retrieve the ball and take a goal kick.

I read somewhere earlier on another site that Evans (and Taylor) are both injured.

The manager's infatuation with Lowe is getting a bit creepy.

Guthrie is currently thinking "how the **** can I be dropped instead of him?"

Yep, we know Danny, we know.
