That why I suggest Gnabry and Anichebe in the last few days.

Anichebe is a target man like Roberts was for us. I think he would be very good in this league.

I think Craig's link is with Lambert DGS rather than Rovers - still a good spot though and actually more likely to make him want to come to Ewood. However, he looks good playing in the second tier of a poor level of football, not sure how well he'd play in the Championship. One for train spotters -He was born in the same week that we won the premiership.

Sibbald seems to be a Rovers fan. One of his tweets:-

Tom Carroll ?? he seems to be always on the edge of things at spurs never quite good enough for the first team (thats no disgrace) , might want some game time on loan and has done well at Championship level in past

That's Craig Sibbald from Poulton who follows Rovers everywhere. I'm pretty sure his dad is scottish which would explain him being born there

Thank Christ for that. I thought I was going nuts there, just couldn't see how the Craig Sibbald from up here would/could be a Rovers fan when he seems so keen on Celtic!!

Wouldn't be at all surprised if we went for a couple of the fringe players from Villa. Agbonlahor can't get a game and will be allowed to leave. Kozac (so?) also available.

I can see us going for Kozac if he's surplus to requirements at villa, i think he'd be ideal for this league, very gestede esque, whether wed get him is another matter, i think therd be a lot of clubs from around europe after him.
