ho ho ho. Ha ha ha. Hilarious. You should be on TV

Can see him now twiddling with the functions of the BRFC Sharp Fax machine.

Thankfully mhead our fax woes didn't potentially cost us £29m

The newspaper quotes LFP (Spain’s football league) as saying: “Rules are for everyone ... FIFA has no jurisdiction.” It means they are refusing to register De Gea,

Wonder if "gary" has spun the positive news that we aint lost this weekend?

He'll definitely have mentioned that the u'18s won again.

" These boys are going to be worth a fortune in the future, it's all down to you madam and you're enlightened policy of investment in the academy "

Even though he never plays any of 'em.

Yep. Like the debuts for Raya, Lenihan, O'Sullivan, Mahoney and Nyambe.

And how many of them have been given a run in the first team?

He knew and we knew he'd badly underachieved last year.

Only a good run at the death made our position respectable the year before.

Hard to play the young lads when desperate for points to bolster your end of season review.

So not 'never' then?

Bowyer perhaps doesn't believe that the Academy players/young pros are ready or good enough for a run in the 1st team. He'll base that assessment upon seeing these players on a daily basis and lifetime experience in football, including some years as a youth development coach.

Your assessment of the players in question is based on what?

lifetime experience! he's less than ten years older than me and he's only been working in the sharp end of the game for a few years,

he's a glorified P.E. teacher that's won thats got incredibly lucky and landed himself a job managing a professional football club

This is what happens when the International break is on. Such is the need to post something negative about our hapless manager that anything will do.

Never heard of rhetoric, chris? If you want to be pedantic, yes, Bowyer has handed the odd cameo to some academy players. Doesn't change the fact they hardly get a look in ahead of the perennial underperformers he continues to pick on a regular basis.

On a more positive note Bowyer has favoured younger players. No more ageing has beens thank you.

Just not the younger players he has helped develope through our costly youth system. Pro football is very tough however and youngsters need to be a little bit special to feature.

this team is crying out for a couple of players that have 'been there and got the tshirt' but still have a couple of good years left in them, the problem with the older players that we have signed under venkys is that they only came here for the money and had nothing left to offer on the pitch.

My son's game kicks off at 12pm on Sunday so I get to miss the majority of the Fulham game. A big positive there.

ill be watching Amarillos avatar for most of the game :D Much better movement up front, than Chris Brown. Positive
