I won't name him because he has not sought to make his position public. Only reason I posted what I know was to stop any Shebby coming back meltdown on here. I have already given some background info on him being fromerly of the Indian FA.

Do you think this could be why Bowyer hasn't been to Pune.

My source informed me yesterday that if GB is disposed of that Shebby Singh will be parachuted back onto the scene.

Tell your 'source' not to blab when he's been on the sauce :)

So gord your morph is complete .

From one of the biggest venky critics , to venky supporter to now a venky propagandist and a brainwasher of fans.

How in gods name did this happen .

I think even the lunes in Pune are not as stupid to start the shebenater publicity machine again

Looking at his posts over the past few weeks it's obvious he's positioning himself left of centre as usual. Sniffing something might happen he can then go down the usual I told you so route if things go tits up again. ;)

Wonder if it's the same person who leaked to the press on Saturday..

With all due respect the indian FA isn't a renowned footballing power

Venky's out

Just shows how much trust they have in Shaw etc. At least they do have some eyes and ears on the ground but if he's a geezer who develops his own agenda once inside Ewood just as everyone else has under these lot we could be in trouble again,

Couldnt give a monkeys what is name is all i care about is whether he's more respectable and qualified for the role than Shabby was,

but to be honest, all though i know nothing about football in india the fact he has worked for the indian fa hardly means much, that said though i will give him the benefit of doubt for now, but if we don't perform well tonight and get a result and bowyers still in his job come next week then id say he's doing a pretty shoddy job, even shabby managed to play a big role in getting rid of kean once it was obvious to him that he was a poor manager(to say the least)

How close is your source to Pune Theno?

It sounds more likely that if anything its scaremongering from those at Ewood, than info from India.

Well it worked! Scared the **** out of me! Happy to see it won't be happening.

Shebby won't be parachuted back in.

He has already been replaced by a guy who was formerly with the Indian FA. He arrived at Ewood over the summer and has been keeping a very low public profile but is effectively Venky's eyes and ears at Brockhall/Ewood, defacto he is advising the owners on what is going on at Ewood/Brockhall and has been given free reign by the owners.

Made an enormous difference so far!

Are you able to contact the advisor and feed back how disgruntled the fanbase is ?

2 mins on google gets me to this bloke.

Done a couple years marketing at India football federation, and now works for a football consulting agency.

Seems to tick all the boxes.

Working for a consultant agency... Lol where have we heard that before

IMHO BRFC will only move on when the venkys leave

Good find.

I'm going to take Mr Singh as being a positive at the moment. In an ideal world, he's reporting truths back to India (about GB and the conduct of our directors etc..) and also the mood of the fans.

If we have anymore important fan polls, he'll probably be the man to forward them onto.

Hope no groups latch onto him,and try to influence, as previously happened with Shebby, and also that he's strong of character, to avoid manipulation by those 'incharge' at Ewood and beyond.

Just to clarify, as far as I'm aware there has never been any insistence from Venkys to raise ANY money. In fact, they have never seemed unhappy to sign off cheques at will!!!

FFP changed this as firstly, they were prevented from blindly funding. The decision to create value in the squad, specifically to sell for profit was made by the current management and directors some time ago. Theory being that it was likely the only way to claw the clubs way out of FFP WHEN the ban hit..(yes, a plan)

So the fact that the plan has worked (which is no easy feit in the current market) has bought some browny points from Venkys. The thought of being Rovers with with an ageing squad incapable selling anyone to raise funds is even more sobering to me as we would be helpless right now...yet more evidence why they (the management) deserve some respect from the fans IMO and proof of the difficulty of the task.

The problem is last season. Because results were simply not good enough with that squad. Whilst I AM in favour of a new manager based almost solely on last season, I will not join in the hysteria and vitriol surrounding Gaz's tenure because I believe that they've done a good job overall and are undeserving of the abuse.

The supporters are only interested in winning and being entertained.

Something that your post clearly fails to address or include Mani.

Seems some still haven't learned from the childish behaviour that took place shortly before Kean was appointed.

BTW, West Ham could be just about to learn the hard way too; at least I really hope so!

Me too. Lets hope they go down. Try filling that new stadium when the likes of Rotherham turn up.
