It'll end up being a Steve keen situation

The unsackable manager v2, befriend the owners and they won't sack you. Fans or what's left of them on match days will turn on Bowyer eventually if results continue to be bad, doesn't matter that he has been a long servant at the club they will be calling for his head. Might not make any difference mind, Venky's are the ones that have to sack him.

Kean set a precedent here, a way to power and holding on to it. A modern day 'If Kean could do it, why can't I?'.

That performance gives the impression GB hasn't even any professional pride.

I won't talk about him tactically, because he's an absolute embarrassment.

All managers are all about 'positives' these days, how often do you see them really lay into their players publicly after a poor performance? Bowyer actually might care but he's not going to voice it publicly, though I know nothing of the guy really.

Don't really care about his public persona, he can smile all he wants and come out with his BS. All that matters are results and he's failing spectacularly which is largely his fault.

It's never healthy to have a manager who isn't under pressure to win football matches.

It's also unheard of outside of Blackburn.

Bolton? Don't see any pressure on Lennon...

Oh, but he has "reasons" not "excuses"...

Please don't compare Rovers to Bolton. They've always tried to bring in credible managers and when they have failed they've paid the price.

Also don't waste your bandwidth by being obtuse just to try to provide 'balance'. One, it comes off as desperate and, two, I'm off to bed.

I posed the question after the Wolves game "Who are we going to be good enough to beat this season under this manager"

Not Wolves, Shrewsbury, Huddersfield, Cardiff Brighton or Bolton. I honestly think we'll still be waiting by Christmas if he stays in charge.

Oddly despite no win in 6 and not being in front for a single minute in that time GB seemed to be laughing and joking at the final whistle. He also seemed completely unconcerned when interviewed briefly after on TV. Doesn't come across as a man under any pressure whatsoever unless he is angling to get himself removed and earn a pay off.

Acts like he could not care less. For a man who's supposed to bleed blue and white he certainly doesn't seem bothered by anything that's happening.

You could be right there Rev, he must surely know he's not up to the job.

I still can't bring myself to target Bowyer, yes he's out of his depth, the sides going backwards but that's not his fault.

I've got every chance of taking over from Bowyer, so has anyone else on this site because the owners are clueless.

They're the real problem, until they leave we're going nowhere.

The crowd singing "Uncle Jacks army" songs Is a further slap in the face for Bowyer.

Can't remember the last time his name was chanted.

Shows exactly how the 13000 inside Ewood feel about the manager.

If he had any ferverent support, a few songs and chants would slip out.

To be honest Lennon didn't look well at all tonight. Looked like he'd just been on a week long bender.

It's irrelevant what other Clubs do though, we can only worry a out ourselves.

Did Lennon get sent off after the final whistle?

On leaving the ground, there was a huge comotion, and boos.

I'm infuriated that home boos are drowned put purposefully.

I've heard people say it was a mix of uncle jacks barmy army and Gary Bowyers blue and white army but I only heard uncle jack.

In fact I can't remember when I last heard Gary Bowyers name sung

Not aware that Lennon was sent off but there was a decision in the wnd half that Imo went the wrong way and Lennon apparently kicked over the soft drinks crate in the technical area.
