Quite frankly Mani, you can't blame people for thinking that way after Bowyer's interviews last night. He may not be doing it on purpose, but if not he needs a media advisor (or a better one if there's already one in situ) to stop him coming across as clueless and/or supremely arrogant in interviews. With the club in the position it's in, the last thing fans want to see is a person who doesn't appear to have a care in the world and thinks he's untouchable at the helm of a sinking ship. It's all too familiar.

Gary may not be doing it on purpose and perhaps he is just poor in front of the cameras, but it's been two years now. He either needs to get help to improve this part of his job or accept the flak that is going to come his way as a result of these interviews.

A friend of mine having a post match drink at the ground last night was told Bowyer had to win last night's match to have any chance of still being in charge post the international break. If correct then he's surely heading for the exit door.

Tbh the chanting started as Gary Bowyer's blue and white army and converted after about a minute to Uncle Jack's Barmy Army.

Noticeable as the latter has a slightly quicker beat.

You could tell from his demeanor last night he felt absolutely safe. It's no wonder he feels he can play favourites with the team at the expense of results when he considers himself under no pressure whatsoever to do anything other than sell a couple of players each window for a decent "profit".

Either Gary has had some reassurance from the owners that his job is safe or he is completely out of touch with what is happening behind the scenes. Marked difference in his demeanour last night in his after match presser and this morning it is business as usual.

Like Mercer I also heard some whispers in press circles that he would be sacked if we didn't win last night but honestly he is not behaving like a man who has a fear of getting the sacked imminently.

There was a story last night (allegedly emanating from within the club) that the Boreyer sacked story was given to The Scum reporter by Shaw. If this is true he is trying to make decisions clearly above his remit.

Or more likely something untoward is going on.. I was told last week he was on his way you rebuffed it makes you wonder Kamy what is going on at this corrupt club
