is it any wonder , these bleeding cretins in India dont have a chuffing clue on football. They don't give a flying Balti about Rovers ,they hate us scum low caste fans ,they dont give a crap about our history, they couldnt give a toss about what they have, are and continue to do to us, our plight is not a concern to them and they continue and fans continue to let them drive us to the lower echelons of of English football .

Then theres tweedledum and tweedle dee ,two more clueless slimeballs who oversee the death of our club. Yet the Rovers Fans are happy to watch us die.

!!!!!!!!!!!VENKYS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking like Bowyer's job is safe. Nothing leaking out from the owners and a case of Business as usual

From Kamy on twitter

No doubt you are extremely happy with that. Who in their right mind sacks their manager five games in you argue.

Problem is, I and many others told you we would struggle under Bowyer and you can now see just how badly with your own eyes. Let's keep him another 5 or 10 games eh? 15?

No, your argument is he is good enough, simple as that, and he has been doing a very, very good job. And can presumably stay all season and next season.

Give Bowyer more time. At least five windows. He wants to be the longest serving manager in this division. Who cares about the Rovers though Chaddy and our results? Who cares about our keague position? Who cares our best players want to go? All your bothered about is Bowyer getting rich.

When Bowyer was selected on a permanent basis, i said at the time big mistake. I still maintain, hiring a youth team coach, to be a manager doesnt always end in happy endings. There is such a big difference between a coach and manager, now how big must it be, between a YOUTH team coach, and a professional manager?

to coach a team, is purely running through some drills on the training field, keeping players fit along with the fitness guys and so on. To be a manager, you really have to be smart, able to motivate, tactics, organisation, etc. This guy lacks all of that, and his substitutions are terrible. If you are inconsistent with regards to team selection on a weekly basis, or continue to pick players not based on form, then you will fail.

Those who still continue to toe the line re stability, making the club money etc, need to really wake up. Bowyer is not the financial guy, so he should not be used to try and sort out the mess of current top management and the owners, to justify him still being in this position. Its not his fault in a way, but he is clearly not worthy of being a manager right now,m because he just lacks too many aspects of one

What's with everyone getting at chaddy? He literally quoted Kamy and said nothing else...

From my point of view he's just another poster. If he posts and I wish to reply, then I do. Not sure how that constitutes getting at him. We all know he is a massive Bowyer supporter. I made the point I am a Rovers supporter first and foremost.

looks like he has sucked you in as well,

when chaddy replies to anyone's post it is just his opinion, when anyone relies to chaddy's post's it's classed as having a go at him

Iceman is spot on... The jump from youth coach to first team manager is vast and although he has had a right good go... I think it's time to start looking for a proper replacement!

The career jump that Bowyer made was actually larger than Kean's. Kean was a first team coach and also had assistant manager experience under Chris Coleman. Bowyer was a reserve team manager, he was never a first team coach or assistant manager. The truth is the worst manager in our history was more qualified and experienced than Bowyer.

Put Bowyer in charge of the team when Kean was appointed and we'd have been relegated all the same. As a tactician/motivator, Bowyer is as bad as Kean. He has a better recruitment record, arguably because there are less agents sniffing around nowadays. Kean is a reprehensible character, whilst Bowyer is not. Main difference between the two IMO.

That is all I did was Just Post what Kamy.

I didnt say more or give my opinion on the news.

I will say that we still need an offical statement on the future of the manager.

But you didn't respond to the content of his post (which was literally quoting something Kamy said on twitter, without opinion).

You said something along the lines of 'you'll obviously be happy with this' yada yada ya.

A phrase Tom and I are keen on: Play the ball, not the man. Ie: the post content, not the poster.

Difference is chaddy plays the ball not the man (usually) until people jump down his throat.

That's not being sucked in, that's what posters seem to actually do. I'd argue the same with TJ but he has a habit of replying in kind and also playing the man.

Eg (Apologies Mercedes, but it's the only example that springs to mind):

When Mercerman chose to call me a retard (which he graciously apologised for almost immediately), I played the ball ('I'm actually deaf, wrong disability') rather than have a go at HIM. As a result I don't think we've crossed swords since. I think he over does the ITK stuff and I tease him when it's wrong but I like to think we respect each other as posters, as it should be.

Chaddy, like the majority of posters, has the ability to be snappy on occasion and sometimes I think he's winding people up but I do agree, he gets a bit of unnecessary stick.

One thing I will say, I've seen Mercer post something he's heard on here a few times and received an almighty backlash from a number of posters and no one bats an eyelid.

You keep saying this and it doesn't become any less wrong the more times you say it.

They should say nothing. If he isn't to be sacked immediately, any statement would have to read "We are unable to give Mr. Bowyer any assurances as to his long term future at this moment in time as results and performances are currently, and have been for some time, completely unacceptable and as such the situation will be closely monitored on a match by match basis until further notice. We do however sincerely hope Mr. Bowyer manages to revive the team's fortunes before the situation becomes completely untenable."

That's what they should be thinking, it would do no-one any good to say it out loud though as to the extent the team are still playing for him they would promptly stop.
