Everyone has to pick one team that he thinks its going to win from the upcoming fixtures. If the team that you picked win - you are still playing and you have to choose another team from the next fixtures. If the team that you picked lose or draw then the game is over for you

P.S. when you choose a team you cannot use the same team ever again.
