1arC Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 I reckon Rovers will win today. Rhodes for the 1st goal with us winning 3-1. sky sports 5. channel 406 on sky I love your optimism, but we will NOT win. Goal less draw at best, but chances are we will lose by at least. I sincerely hope I am wrong.

tomphil Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 No need. None of us know what goes on in training. Raya might have been throwing them in the net all week. Steele might have been looking good. Raya's confidence might be shot due to his bad start to the season. Who knows? One clean sheet at home to a poor Bolton doesn't mean he's suddenly hit form. He's still a young kid, a bit of time out of the limelight might do him good. I fully expect Steele to have a howler now. Straw clutching at it's finest
chaddyrovers Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 kiss of death chaddy when will you learn moan and moan as per usual

None of us knows what goes on in training - given the way we play, I heartily agree! If this was just a one-off, I might be tempted to agree with you, but it's part of a larger pattern of shuffling and tinkering, chopping and changing, ducking and diving, wheeling and dealing, a bit wheeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, a bit wurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh. It's weak leadership, as far as I can see.
AllRoverAsia Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Thanks. Saved me a google search. It looks like I'll have to find a better grid TV guide that tvguide.co.uk as they seem to be living in the past and only show SkySports 1-3. Since England are 5 down now it's time to do the 2 to 5 flip. PM sent with the UK TV guide I use. Yep its 2 to 5 for me too.
yoda's brother Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 moan and moan as per usual not moaning at all i could say you are clapping as usual grow up
Gav Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Raya maybe injured? we don't know and leave Chaddy alone FFS, nowt wrong with a bit of enthusiasm you miserable gits.
broadsword Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Why would you put an injured keeper on the bench?
Stuart Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 The performances have been pleasing... Is the view really that different from the JW stand side?
blueboy3333 Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Straw clutching at it's finest I like to do my best to try and fit in with the board
Gav Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Why would you put an injured keeper on the bench? Plenty of players sit on the bench when carrying a niggle Bryan, his kicking against Bolton was awful, thats why I said it.
mustard Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Plenty of players sit on the bench when carrying a niggle Bryan, his kicking against Bolton was awful, thats why I said it. His kicking's been awful since his inclusion in pre-season.
cesus Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Whilst Raya did keep a clean sheet last time out, the only real thing he had to do was deal with a drilled ball across the box ... He palmed the ball straight to Heskey who should have buried it. Tied in with a few other mistakes I think Steele deserves a go.

It's weak leadership, as far as I can see. that tends to happen with most managers when they're not winning. Big day this for Bowyer. A bad performance and being firmly ensconsed in the relegation places at full time might make the Roa's sit up and take note. Or not.
broadsword Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Plenty of players with niggles on the bench? Can't agree with that. Maybe if it was your star player and you wanted to give him a run-out for the last ten minutes in case you were desperate for points and you were 1-0 down. But we're talking here about a young goalkeeper. I really doubt that it's anything to do with an injury and is instead nothing more than weak leadership.
G Somerset Rover Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 'Performances pleasing'. The table does not lie Gary you twonk. God we need a win today.

You could well be right Bryan, just playing devils advocate really but I'm not sure how dropping Raya shows weak leadership, I'd have thought quite the opposite really.
Neal Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Koita should be starting IMO, clearly looks one of our more capable players when on the pitch.
