Pugg Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 We should have won. We aren't going to. It isn't a defence. It isn't good enough. Gone from not losing to them to Bowyer losing twice most likely. Great effort by Conway btw. Bowyer just isn't good enough.

Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Dont deserve to lose but if you don't take your chances...
Amo Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Worst case scenario: We lose Best case scenario: We scab a draw and Bowyer extols a terrific comeback against moneybags Burnley
Jock Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Yet more shame brought on the Club by the Rao's. Preston next?
Pugg Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 To make matters worse they'll probably get promoted again too.
Ricky Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Been the better team but going to get nothing from the game. Seems to be the standard at the moment
Backroom DE. Posted October 24, 2015 Backroom Posted October 24, 2015 Burnley were absolutely pathetic, and we still lost to them. Bowyer has turned us into a team 100% reliant on Jordan Rhodes to put away every chance he gets. If he doesn't, we can't win. Results this season testify that with crystal clarity. Most teams would have smashed an extremely poor Burnley team today. We not only conceded a goal but fluffed every opportunity we got, with finishing arguably not even on par with the semi-pro leagues. Bowyer will be delighted with the performance, no doubt, but any manager worth a damn would be FURIOUS that we got no points from this one and would let the players know that this isn't good enough. The sooner Bowyer goes, the better. We desperately need this loser's mentality out of the club. As for those who say we didn't deserve to lose today - well, we conceded a goal and failed to score any. So yes, we did deserve to lose.
booth Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Burnley haven't played well and we get beat. I think that sums up life under Bowyer at the moment. Please resign Gary.
Waggy76 Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Been the better team but going to get nothing from the game. Seems to be the standard at the moment You have to have a winners mentality , unfortunately we have a losers mentality ! For @#/? sake Bowyer @#/? OFF !
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted October 24, 2015 Moderation Lead Posted October 24, 2015 @#/? off Bowyer, garbage.
Bundesburn Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Bowyer out. This is his side and it isn't good enough. Neither is he. Total lack of urgency towards the end, bereft of ideas to the point that the ace up his sleeve was a centre back up front. Embarrassing. A total shambles.
Shabani Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Its so frustrating that if Rhodes doesnt score then the team has no one else to put the ball in the back of the net. Lawrence's miss was an absolute embarrassment, he's cost the team 3 points there. Really hurts losing like this. They didnt even play well and they still friggin won.
imy9 Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Why are people doing this to themselves? GB is not resigning and he is not getting fired.
RibbleValleyRover Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Historic rivalry aside Burnley are a good team in all aspects, the table doesn't lie (3rd in the league) and they a serious contender for automatic promotion. I wish Dyche was our manager...
bubblerrovers Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 If Bowyer cares about this club and is a real man he would go, enough is enough
Backroom Tom Posted October 24, 2015 Backroom Posted October 24, 2015 3 games this week 0 goals 1 point Yeah bad luck that must be it

I wish Dyche was our manager... They played like a team at our level today, though. How many chances did they even create?
joey_big_nose Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Very good performance, another loss. You can only play well and lose so many times. Laurence, Hanley, Rhodes, Akpan all should have scored, but for whatever reason they didn't. Undone by one terrible clearance by Evans and poor finishing. Apart from that everyone played well. We restricted them to no decent chances all game. Sickening. Bowyer at the end of the line again. You could forgive it if we had nine or ten points more. But we don't.
Mr. E Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Even if he did resign, it's too late. The season is utter **** and nothing can save it. Let anyone who has ever said a positive word regarding Bowyer take a good look at themselves in the mirror today.

chaddyrovers Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 I really dont know how we lost that? We were miles the better team and deserve more. Gutted!!!
