He has been in the job 3 years not 3 weeks ...

Each year we have regressed !

Two of the best strikers last season too yet we regressed from the season before. He should have made way for a manager a long time ago.

What was it certain fans said when BSA was in charge? 'I'd take relegation just to see football again'.. You got your wish..

No one actually said that, you made it up. Now go and sleep with your sister and make it a perfect day. As it's a special occasion she might even wear that Dyche mask you got for Halloween.

The pendulum has well and truly swung in Burnley's favour. Maybe there's a cyclical nature in football? We've had our moment in the sun and now it's Burnley's turn to own the bragging rights? Will our time come again?

Depends on The Rao's if it will come again. But if they do stick around and that I'm nearing my late forties it's starting to look like ' not in my lifetime' .

Unlucky today and better than Wednesday nights pathetic exhibition match against Derby but Bowyer has to go now whilst we still have a decent chance of survival. Two wins from fourteen games, two successive home Derby defeats against the Dingles. His record just keeps getting worse and worse. Still putting square pegs in round holes and were doomed to relegation if he remains in charge imo.

The destruction of Blackburn Rovers lies at the door of the Raos !

By persisting with Bowyer, Shaw et al , they are taking the urine out of the fans !

Evans lost possession on numerous occasions with poor control and weak challenges so it was by no means an isolated mistake. He is as feeble a player in midfiled as I can recall in a long time. Delf also is weak and disinterested and offers absolutely nothing. The reliance on Rhodes is frightening.

Totally agree. Delfouneso is the striker and Lawrence the midfielder yet they're played in each others positions.

To have played 13 matches this season and have 12 points when conceivably we could have won all of them (bar Huddersfield and MK Dons) is the kind of form that gets you relegated.

Akpan was awful. Played with 10 men with him on the pitch, and bowyer must go. He's not welcome at our club, and I think that he should hang his head in shame. He's certainly caused me enough grief

Close game that could have gone either way, one high quality finish from each team where one hit the post and the other went in. We had no real answer to their high pressing style throughout the game, but the few times we did play our way past it and through the centre we almost always created something of worth. The wide play resulted in too few crosses in the box, apart from the last 10 minutes or so.

Steele - One routine save, not to blame for their goal.

Olsson - Gives us options in the final third, but crossed poorly for most of the game. Steady defensively.

Hanley - Decent in a lot of defensive aspects of the game, but a liability when defending in the penalty area.

Duffy - Being Hanley's understudy guarantees anonymity. At least one of our central defenders should be better with the ball at their feet.

Marshall - Another decent performance in the back four, but offers more from midfield.

Conway - Would have been some player with a little bit more pace. Some good early crosses, probably our MoM.

Akpan - Limited player, but his physical presence in the centre of the field has been lacking for ages. Should have gone forward more.

Evans - Outshone by Barton, never put his stamp on the game. Catastrophic clearance led to their goal.

Delfouenso - Has som skill, but never a winger in a four man midfield. Should have been Marshall's position.

Lawrence - Some good runs, but drifted out of the game for long periods of time.

Rhodes - Didn't have a lot of service, but should be able to contribute more.

Bowyer - Mistakenly played Delfo instead of Marshall at right wing, and should have instructed one of the central midfielders to drop deeper when our back four had the ball. Couldn't have done much else different with the players available. Still, I just don't see him turning this around in any meaningful way. He's taken us as far as he can and it's time for a change, the "better the devil you know"-argument isn't good enough any more.

Ask any Blackpool fan about Delf and it's all you'll need to know. Out of all the freebies and garbage they've signed up over the last 3 seasons he's up there with the the crappest.

Historic rivalry aside Burnley are a good team in all aspects, the table doesn't lie (3rd in the league) and they a serious contender for automatic promotion.

I wish Dyche was our manager... :(

We played well, created plenty of chances and failed to take them. During the game I said to the guy in front Burnley are a better team with a better plan and a better manager. Under those circumstances we were always in danger of losing.

I'm a rovers fan, just a massively disillusioned one that won't spend another penny on the club until a decision is made by whoever to make us a genuinely competitive team again. We could be talking years as I think neither manager OR players are good enough.

We need a MANAGER with new ideas and motivation to get the very best out of this side.

It really is time to call it a day Gary lad.

After Burnley scored summed up the problem for me,

Dyche was in the tech area giving instructions to his team,

GB was stood there with his hands in his pocket.
