His first job this summer should be to find a new left back. Moreno gets caught out time and again. It was his fault for the first, and he nearly caused 2 more.

It is unfortunate that refereeing decisions had a bearing on the game. Liverpool were denied 2 stonewall penalties. If those were given the game would have been over at half time.

Don't know what happened to Liverpool second half - they lost all the intensity that had given them first half dominance.

They were always going to lose it as soon as the commentators started going on about history being on Liverpool's side - first to score always wins, nobody won UEFA Cup three in a row etc etc.
