Sounded absolutely terrible. Bringing Williamson on was bizarre. Also why Delfy and not Koita?

If people at ewood were looking to get Bowyer out that will be reignited now. A very winnable game totally abject performance.

I can take a loss like Burnley when the team puts in a good shift but today it sounded like we were back to the start of the season form and massive under performance. Unacceptable. On your bike Gary.

Brentford goalscorer Lasse Vibe - " I've talked to some of their players and they were happy about the result, personally I wasn't happy

with the draw, I never am."

I think that just about sums up the whole 'holiday camp' mentality under Bowyer, let's not forget we were the home team, shocking attitude.

Unfortunately Delfy seems to be the new Browny. Good enough in Bowyer's eyes to play a part, but in reality nowhere near the required standard.

Williamson's recent appearances seem to be an attempt to justify the odd decision of giving him a new contract in the summer.

It's a damning statement if ever there was one...there is something very, deeply wrong at this club.

Honestly, I don't need to take any notice of what a Brentford player says. I came out from under my stone-AGAIN!- and I know what I saw with my own eyes.

Our manager's managers appear to be happy treading water. No urgency, no ambition. And so many stay away fans have seen through the pretence.

As others have said, Gary Bowyer must be the luckiest manager ever to stand on the touchline in a suit.

Is this nightmare ever going to end?!

Did anyone notice at half time their warm up vs ours. We had a group of three I kid you not standing about talking for ten mins. They had some guy drilling them for 10 mins.

terrible today but add least we are kicking on.

This has been noted numerous times before. The players are on easy street.

I thought Rovers were poor and not up to recent high standard. We lack intensity and speed in our passing and attacking intent.

we played well for around 20 mins in the game. cant expect to win a game if we don't performance well enough.

Thought Marshall was our best player today. he played very well at Right Back and was defensively solid. going forward was very good

I don't know why Koita didn't come on. he warmed up for nearly 20 mins in the second half. I didn't mind the Delfouneso sub. he gave us a pace and threat in behind the defence. maybe we could have gone 3 up front in the last 15 mins?

2nd lowest attendance in the Championship today. Blackburn folk know when a turd is a turd.

I feel the club/fans need a major lift today. very flat atmosphere today.

Jokanovic.

your choice to replace Bowyer as manager?

Genuinely intrigued as to whether there are any vocal backers for him now. Surely even Chaddy can't be far off changing his tune?

I feel that GB has done a good job as Rovers manager after the mess we were in after the 3 managers/Shebby season.

I feel that Bowyer will get us a mid table finish this season. is this what the owners or the fans want?

if the owners are happy with that then fine, Bowyer is your man. But we read that owners and the advisors want promotion(in last Sunday Sun Paper) then I feel that Bowyer can not achieve this sadly. I don't feel this season squad is good enough to achieve this but maybe a new manager could achieve this? I just don't know tbh and we won't know until it happens if it does. who would I want to replace Bowyer? I don't know who tbh. But I would like someone who will play Players from the academy if they are good enough like I believe Mahoney, O'Sullivan, Lenihan and Tomlinson are.

I don't think anyone genuinely supports bowyer just either too stubborn to admit they were wrong or on here a vehicle for arguing with posters may not like who take an anti bowyer stance.

wrong. its because fans/people have different views and opinions

Before the Leeds game Bowyer said "we only need a win to kick start the our season" and predictably we had that win against Leeds. Unfortunately (and also predictably) there was no kick start and imo the only kick that would restart the season would be to kick Bowyer out. Times up.

Gaz seemingly has two objectives as manager:

1. Make profits on players now and again

2. Don't lose matches if at all possible

For our boys to be patting each other on the backs after a lacklustre draw at home to Brentford is a disgrace, but we know where the buck stops.

I think the likely situation is that Bowyer knows the only way his position will come under threat/scrutiny from the owners is through a sustained run of defeats. That's why we often see more emphasis on ensuring a defeat is avoided rather than gambling on going for a win.

The owners have no idea about performances in terms of what is actually good or bad, and as long as we aren't losing every week won't start to question his position. If we lose 3-4 games in a row then people at Venkys HQ might start to grow restless, but as long as there are the odd wins/draws breaking it up then Desai won't act.

Has he been told that if he loses X matches in a row, or has X losses from Y games, then he is out?

There's got to be some truth to it; there's too much evidence for there not to be. Negative subs, not pushing men forward, pats on the back all round following a draw, constant talk of 'unbeaten runs'.

Perhaps JHR is on the money above.

Exactly, all this talk from him of 3 Unbeaten; we beat Leeds yet they won the other 2 and took 6 points from 3 games, we took 5 from 3 but didn't get beat.

Which is better? In Gary's mind I'm not sure.

The x number of defeats thing was started by Shebby at KGH, he said if a manager lost 3 in a row, then he would recommend them being sacked to Venkys. Bowyer has lost more than that and is still here.

Im more in the camp of them having no interest, and are just looking to keep costs down, and changing managers and coaches is expensive, and if everyone at Ewood is telling them everything is fine, then Im not sure they would know or care too much to disagree.

We didn't play well for 20 mins at all, that was as poor, lackadaisical and disjointed as we've had this season, it was a performance deserving of defeat. Probably a couple of five min spells we got into the right mode but that was it. It took a change of the right winger playing at right back to be moved to the left wing for us to get one shot on target apart from the bobbled goal. Utter crap.

Of course Brentford did a good job on us but they didn't have to get out of 2nd gear. You know what to expect from them they've played that way in this league for 18 months and you've got to counter it, we yet again just play into a teams hands and make it difficult for ourselves instead of them.

You can tell the mindset when on about 70 mins we have them in their own box and all our lot are stood ball watching waiting for it to come down them immediately looking for a slow sideways pass, big space open in front but no intention of shooting. All that lot had on their minds today was get the game over and get into their mini break. Holiday camp molly coddled attitude that gets threatened every now and again and shakes them into a performance or two.
