doctorryan Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Time to sort my CD's into alphabetical order.
Husky Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Derbyshire shoots.........it's deflected...........arrgghhh...............Steele collects.
danger19_80 Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Paul Lambert. What a man. What a manager. Dragging this bunch of players through till January when he can make some changes, yet still getting resoundingly positive results. Imagine how good we'll be when he's had a go at strengthening.
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 A win but by god that was poor.
AdamRochina Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 A wins a win , get in , need to better ourself against forest. ..off to bed night all and get in rovers
Neal Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Interesting what reaction would bowyer get if he made the sub's Lambert has? Again not being critical, just putting it out there. Totally different circumstances though when you have a manager who knows how to win games.
AllRoverAsia Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 At this stage it's the win that matters.
OJRovers Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 That would've been a draw and a 'right good go' under Gaz
G Somerset Rover Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 What's Rhodes longest run without a goal? From memory he went 8-9 (or thereabouts) the season before last before scoring against Burnley.Pleased with the win but I bet PL must be desperate for the January window to open. We're so bereft of quality. He also needs to work out what to do with Rhodes. We'll not be able to go on like this with him. But as I say, that aside it is another win, onwards and upwards.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Taking the three points...all that mattered.
Doaksie Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Paul Lambert. 3 points. Standard. Winning is quite simply all that matters, and this one is in the book. We can play better, we WILL play better, but nothing else matters tonight. Job done
davulsukur Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Don't care how we get them, 3 points are 3 points.
booth Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Yes, yes, yes and yes!!!! Interesting what reaction would bowyer get if he made the sub's Lambert has? Again not being critical, just putting it out there. The same if he was getting 3 points.Bowyer made subs and it worked for the opposition. We'd be looking good for 3 points then her make his subs and we'd be lucky to escape with a point.
Husky Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 2 points from the play-offs. Where is the promotion thread?
Backroom DE. Posted December 11, 2015 Backroom Posted December 11, 2015 That'll do Lambo, that'll do.
Mercer Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 A win but by god that was poor. A win, is a win, is a win. The signs are extremely promising. Imagine how good we could be when Lambert is able to bring in 2 or 3 of his players and spend even further time on the training ground. Rejoice. Our club is now a licence to print money !!!
Brown-E Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 The win is all that matters and yet another clean sheet. Our back 4 and keeper is doing us proud this season.
Backroom Tom Posted December 11, 2015 Backroom Posted December 11, 2015 Fantastic win Ugly game but they are a team that won't win many games but at the same time are tireless in their work and never giving an inch. Still not gone behind since the manager came in
