If we're nowhere near the playoffs come January then I'd sell Rhodes and Marsh and give it some of it to Lambert... Let him build the team he wants.

If Sheff Weds are still interested then Marshall would be worth selling to generate some funds and free up some wage space. I don't think his attitude will ever be good enough to produce a sustained run of form. I wouldn't sell Rhodes unless we had somebody very good lined up to come straight in.

Lawrence and Wiliamson on for Guthrie and Marshall.

Williamson again? Why?

Feel we could get someone out of picture at a prem club that could do Rhodes job... Murray, Grabban, Gayle I recon would all cost less than what we could potentially get for Rhodes.

Rhodes probably not get the price we've allegedly been offered.. Defo wouldnt sell his goalscoring record speaks for itself every striker goes through a lean period

That's fair, don't want to spark another Rhodes debate that will drag on for days but feel the names I mentioned would be just as effective if not more effective for us than Rhodes.

Exactly ! Unless it's still huge money and can be spent on a strike partnership then pointless to sell. For modest money we just can't replace with anyone who'll notch as many over the course of time. He'll come good again.

Heading for first defeat under Lambert. To be honest it's been coming, we've been lucky in a few games. Squad desperately needs a shake-up.

This is 100% the situation. All we've seen really is a more robust aggressive version of what was mostly going on under Bowyer. Big overhaul is needed. Basics are there but this lot will never be more than midtable stuff no matter who leads them unless we can get all the good players in form at once. We always stutter around Christmas anyway for some reason.

Massive improvements needed in the squad. I would move Marshall on at this point as he has flattened to deceive too many times now. There are better (and hungrier) wingers out there than we would be able to bring in now that the embargo has lifted.

Agree there on both points
