Blame Lambert?

Nobody performance well today. everybody didn't performance.

I expected that Lambert will start to get rid of the players he wants out

I think you got to judge him next season at Christmas time. far too early to judge him

Totally agree there. He have to give him time to bring in his players and play to his tactics

Chadds,

Bowyer got more out of the existing squad than PL, agree? Motivationally speaking who has got the upper hand? I agree with his own men but to be fair Sean Dyche, Gary Rowett have both done immeasurably better walking into a situation than PL has to date.

The football is dire, in seven games i've gone from disappointment after a game to watching a team devoid of any idea of a football and wanting to gauge my own eyes out. It needs to improve and quickly or he can go what i'm seeing is unacceptable, it's lacking any form of plan or tactical wit.

How do we manage to suffer your kind.

Whose 'we'? Other people who slag the club off at every opportunity and offer no alternative suggestions because they don't have a clue? All whilst sitting on their jacksies not going to matches despite living a stones throw away from the ground?

Bolton have pace out wide and have looked s threat. We have been clueless.

We made Liam Feeney look like Raheem Sterling today.

did Bowyer? Hasn't Lambert got the same number of wins as Bowyer did with double amount of games.

I don't know how anybody can say what Rowett or Dyche would have done. we just simply don't know.

Like I said before hand you have to give Lambert until next Chirstmas time to build his team/squad.

We have now got a manager with promotion on his CV from this league to the Premier League, its time we trust him and back him till after the summer when PL can buy/loan his own player to fit his tactics and methods

Dont blame the likes of Rhodes, its PL your'e mate.

Awful appointment. Time yet and i'l stick buy but as i said when he was appointed, i can't see it ending well.

Worst performance in years.

Don't talk like a twot, your mate bowyer is the worst rovers manager I have ever seen, Lambert is head and shoulders above anything we have had recently, he's had a couple of months of working with cack, he needs time to rebuild, something which many rovers fans were only too happy to give good ole gaz

I'm with you Abs. I'm surprised anyone can question Lambert until he's had at least 5 transfer windows. That's only what Bowyer was afforded so fair's fair.

Unbelievable the churlish remarks made about Paul Lambert. The guy and his team are the best thing to arrive at our little club since Mark Hughes, and are trying to unravel the mess left by Bowyer, Appleton et al.

He has only just got here.

I hope he doesn't read this board, sniping from the hard of learning on here and shame on you Jimbo for fanning the flames.

We're worse now than under Bowyer IMO. You can't ignore it.

If we're being completely fair then Lambert will have a very limited budget and an embargo to deal with.

Thankfully, he will be embargo (is the 'e' word allowed yet?) free and have a bigger transfer kitty than his predecessor. I trust Lambert to use those advantages wisely.

Has 5 transfer windows like his previous incumbent ?

Are you for real Stuart or is it stupid ?

We'll be non league by then.

Since when has football been a game of equality and equal opportunities ?

You lot are puddled.

Based on what? Bearing in mind performances are subjective.

Coming from a man who had just suggested buying Heskey.

You are on a wind up. Nobody like you exists in real life.

That's fair but his embargo will appear AFTER his first three transfer windows are fully backed by the owner. Okay?

Heskey is a wind up but giving PL five transfer windows isn't ?

Did you witness first hand how dire the performance was today ?

Probably not,stick to your knitting.

I saw it first hand and it was shocking, Lambert is a stubborn prick. He won't hang about here.

Gotcha. I'm hoping that Lambert will pull a few more Conway and Gestede type rabbits from the owner's hat with their 'full backing'.

I'm only going off what Bowyer himself said. And he never had to sell anyone he didn't want to.
