I'm hearing it could be a player that's coming out of retirement

From the BBC:

Sunderland striker Danny Graham is expected to join Championship club Blackburn on loan to the end of the season.

The intention is for the move to Ewood Park to become permanent at the end of the season.

Graham, 30, started Saturday’s 4-1 defeat at Tottenham. He returned to the Stadium of Light at the beginning of the month after a short spell at Wolves, where he scored one goal in five games.

Unless you're making a joke about MLS he's joined LA Galaxy. Somehow I don't think Rovers would have been a likely suitor.

Not for a single nanosecond did I think Gerrard would be coming to Rovers, and I'm surprised you wasted the energy replying to it - but he would be nice (which is all I said) and is the type of player we are crying out for (granted he's an up market version)

Got to be worth a quid. Can somone ask Marcus Slinger to get me odds on a Hoolihan, Gerrard and Toni treble please? Don't bother about Danny Graham. Clearly that's just idle speculation.

So who thinks Hoolahan might still end up here, even at his age. With Norwich and Lambert connections all over the place, you never know. Worth a £10 bet :)
